Great Value and Surprisingly Easy to Use
This company is well-known in Japan for offering a huge variety of products, especially PC-related accessories, all at very reasonable prices. I didn’t even know they made automatic pet feeders, but after trying it, I’m really glad I bought it. The operation is simple, and the stainless-steel bowl is easy to remove, which makes cleaning super convenient. For the price, it works surprisingly well. Great value overall.

Works well for my cats
I bought this for my shop cats. My husband built a crate with a hole for the feeding tray so that I can keep it secure from racoons. It has worked very well. I like that the screen and buttons can be locked so the programming isn’t changed. It also holds a good amount of food. Good price for a dependable feeder.

Works pretty good
I was prepared to be skeptical because I’ve used auto feeders in the past with mixed results, but this one is working out to be pretty good so far. There was some frustration with the assembly and operation and scanning a QR code is a pain. I would much rather have a paper copy of a quick start guide and download a full manual for the more in-depth stuff. Having to program the timer while holding and reading your itty-bitty phone is a pain. Other than that though, it has been working great for my cats. I needed the auto feeder because my dog has a habit of ‘surfing’ if the cats food is left out. I’ve programmed the feeder to provide about 1/2 cup of food every six hours and as soon as the food hits the bowl the cats are running to the sound. I have the two-tray model and the only issue I have is that the food does not always dispense evenly between bowls.

Easy enough to program, but a few gripes
Programing isn’t too hard to figure out after trial and error. They include a small piece of paper that has the basics, so guess they added that after all the complaints.It’s very quiet when dispensing food, that’s a positive. Haven’t used the mic or voice recording function yet.Couple complains that seem to very obvious to me1) They provide a manual food dispenser button that you can press if you want instant food. The problem is, it only works when the display/programing is unlocked. The darn display auto locks after a few seconds, so you have to hold down the lock/unlock button for 5 seconds and THEN press the manual food dispenser button…every single time. Why?? Who thought this was a good idea?2) The manual food dispenser button doesn’t stand out and it in the middle of all the buttons. So you have to feel around and squat down to locate it. Why not make it an obvious button that stands out? Maybe out it on the outside of the buttons or make it a different color or texture?But again…I have to first press the unlock button, then the manual dispenser button. Frustrating when my kitty wants an off-schedule snack

Works well!
It took a second to get it set up, but it works well.I started going into office two days a week and my dog isn’t used to skipping lunch, so I figured I’d get him an automatic feeder while I’m in office. It was worked great for that and I’ve actually been using it for all of his meals since you can setup 6 separate meals.It does take a bit of effort to figure out how to set up the clock/meal schedule. But once I figured it out it has been easy to adjust the feeding schedule and portion sizes.The quality of this feeder is great. The plastic is sturdy and the design feels well executed. I love that there is a battery option as well as plug-in option. I don’t keep this near an outlet so being able to use batteries has been very convenient. One thing to note is that it comes with a usb-c to usb cable. You need one of those usb port charging blocks or an outlet with a usb port as this doesn’t come with that piece.Now when my dog hears his kibble dropping into the metal bowls he runs over to his feeding area.Overall I’m super happy with this and I would definitely recommend.
