So far, so good.
I’ve had this feeder for a few days, and I’ve gotta say it works perfectly for my needs. I have five cats in a space, and two cats in another, so I bought two feeders. One feeder is setup with three bowls, and the other one only two.The app lets you customize how much food to dispense each time on which bowl, and you can setup apparently unlimited feeding times. I have one setup for two feeding times a day, and the other six times, since one group is good at eating a little at a time throughout the day, but the other needs smaller portions several times a day.I’m using Kirkland Signature cat food, and for that kibble size, each portion is a littler under 1/8 of a cup, so I’ve setup a total of 5-6 portions per cat a day.You can create a feeding plan specifying at which times, which day, which bowl is going to dispense how much food. And also, you can dispense food manually, specifying how much food in each bowl. For all the setup options, both manual and automatic, you can choose not to dispense to a bowl, so you can setup something like 0-1-0 (meaning 0 portions for left bowl, 1 for center bowl, 0 for right bowl), 10-0-10, and so on.In terms of size, the unit is very compact and holds a decent amount of food. I estimate it should hold a bout a week’s worth of food for my five cats, or about 2.5 weeks for the other two. Refilling the food deposit is easy; just open the top lid, pour food, close the lid tightly, and that’s it.I recommend testing the unit by manually dispensing, since I had a slight issue with one, in that it didn’t detect that the bowl was properly placed. The feeder has sensors to detect if there is a bowl under each outlet, and it won’t just throw food onto the ground if none is found. So, I just had to make sure that the bowl was properly placed, and that was it.

This feeder has made daily feeding much easier for our multi-cat household. The design is clean and compact, yet it holds a generous amount of food, which cuts down on the need for frequent refills. It fits nicely in a corner and blends well with the rest of the space. Setup through the WiFi app was simple, and scheduling multiple meals per day is straightforward.One unexpected plus is the voice recorder. It plays a familiar message at mealtime, and the cats respond to it right away. It’s a nice touch, especially when I’m not home. The dual desiccant system keeps the kibble fresh, and the food tray is easy to clean when needed.

Do Not Buy This Machine
DO NOT BUY THIS PIECE OF CRAP MACHINE!!!!! DO NOT TRUST THAT IT WILL FEED YOUR CATS WHEN YOU ARE GONE. DO NOT TAKE A LONG TRIP AND USE THIS MACHINE TO FEED YOUR ANIMALS!!! THE STEEL BOWLS WILL BE PERFECTLY INSTALLED, YET YOU’LL RANDOMLY GET A NOTIFICATION SAYING “NO FEED BOWL” WHEN CHECKING THE FEED HISTORY! Not to mention it takes SO LONG to transition between each bowl that the first cat ends up being done by the time the third bowl dispenses IF IT EVEN DOES!!!! I just wanted to enjoy thanksgiving with my partners family and now I am here, crying the morning after because my cats are 4 hours away AND ARE NOT BEING FED!!!! My brother drove an hour to my house to fix the bowls and by the next morning they said NO FEEDER BOWL… I checked our house camera and the BOWL IS THERE. THIS MACHINE IS CRAP AND A GREAT WAY FOR YOUR CATS TO STARVE! DO NOT BUY IT!

Meets expectations
I’m sure there’s better options out there, but it does the job. I have 3 cats so the triple feeder was needed. It does clog sometimes so I don’t like relying on it when I’m out of town but it’s great for every day use.

Easy to assemble, cats begrudgingly accept
I wanted to better manage my cats food in order to keep them at a healthy weight. I have 3 and was looking for a an automatic feeder that would have bowls for all of them. This feeder works exactly as described and was very easy to set up. It plugs into the wall but also has a battery slot for a backup. I was able to create a feeding plan for each day and each bowl which is nice. It also gives you the option to feed just by hitting a button even if it’s not scheduled. The top is pretty secure, so unless my cats went crazy I don’t think they can break into it. You also have the option to record a voice message that will sound when food is dumped. I think you can only record one message. The app is basic and easy enough to figure out. It uses military time, which is kind of annoying but nothing major. It also allows you to pick the number of serving sizes for each feeding but doesn’t tell you how big a serving size is. It would be helpful if they included a picture or measurement representing how much is a serving. For now I have 1 serving size set to be dumped several times a day. I kind of wish it had a built in camera to view your cats but I didn’t think of that until after ordering and I’m still happy with this purchase. I have some trips coming up and now I don’t have to worry about me or my sitters forgetting to top off the cats kibble or the cats spilling it. My cats have also figured it out and seemed to be sharing bowls, they were a little unhappy that the free access feeder is gone but are content to just have food. I feed Hills Science diet which are small round pieces and so far there’s been no issue with them getting stuck.

I Finally don’t have to wake up early everyday with fear that my cat is hungry!this feeder has good portion selection. although I only have one cat (for now), I can adjust it until my cousins cat need to stay over.it has feeding records so i’ll know if my cat is fed. great simple product. if it can have a camera that would be perfect
