So far so good!
Just ordered my 2nd month 28 cap bottle. I am in the testing stage. I am 82 and have had a significant increase in gas, ongoing. The doc suggested this product, “as good as the more pricy stuff”. The gas has all but been eliminated. I take magnesium and was concerned about a higher dose probiotic, as both together might produce loose bowel movements. I consume a fair quantity of raw vegetables and fruit. Before probiotic I was having 2 to 3 bowel movements a day, pretty messy. Now approx once and good consistency. I didn’t give 5 stars because I am experiencing some cramping, as if gas is trapped in intestine. So, wait and see.

My Gastroenterologist suggested a probiotic so I researched several and decided to try this brand as it advertised some symptoms I have. Also it was priced a bit lower even though I think it’s still pricey.I used it for 2 months but didn’t feel any improvement. I’m not sure if more time was needed to work for me but since I didn’t want to pay unnecessarily I cancelled a reoccurring order.

I order this product from Amazon because it truly works for me. I had a very difficult time staying regular. I had tried prescription medication and OTC medications, softeners and all and nothing seemed to work. I figured I’d tried everything else why not give this a try as well. I started this & in about 3- 5 days i started going regularly and without pain! I am sold! I won’t be without this product again and recommend it to anyone with constipation issues. Ordering this from Amazon also saves me several dollars verses buying from a pharmacy. I’d also like to add I have no side effects & no bad after taste from using Align.
