Quality product. They have lasted for a long time and are still going strong.
Top notch bands. I’ve used them for well over a year. They have taken everything I could throw at them. They handled being left in the vehicle over night in a MN winter, brought them inside and let them warm up a bit, used them and no breakage.

Durable!
Great range of band resistance. They seem to be pretty durable. I use them to aid in pull ups (190 pound male), and step on them a bunch with various exercises. I haven’t seem much wear on them despite all of that.

There’s something wrong with the way these bands have been manufactured. I have been using resistance bands for few years but never came across such low quality bands. Once you pull them, you don’t feel a uniform elastic force in them; 2 stars are for the reason that they can still be used to some extent.
