The best massage gun I’ve had. Really powerful, simple to use, lighter than expected and helps my neck and shoulders feel so much better. Love the different attachments. The heat attachment gets pretty warm and feels nice. Had a wonderful experience with their customer service, the unit stopped charging and I reached out to them to start the warranty process. Within 2 weeks they took care of it no problem. They really stand behind their product. Honestly cant recommend this massage gun enough.

Outstanding massager
Update September 20, 2022:I’ve just increased my rating from 4 stars to 6. It’s not my fault that Amazon doesn’t show the last star. I called their support number late Thursday afternoon and left a message about the broken massager. Early Monday I got a call from them asking for photos, my mailing address and an order number so they could verify the sale and send me a replacement. I sent them photos and a link to this review a little later Monday. I also mentioned that if possible I’d prefer a refund since I had already bought a replacement. Monday night I got an email telling me that the refund had been sent to Amazon. When I replied late at night their time to thank them I got another reply within minutes. Some of the best customer service I’ve seen in a long time, especially these days when everyone is having trouble finding enough employees to get the job done. It says something good about the company that they seem to be able to keep a really good customer service team. Outstanding customer service and an outstanding product which they are willing to stand behind.Original review:This is the best massager I’ve found yet. It does an incredible job of breaking up tight muscles and knots. I mostly use one attachment and mostly use it on my legs and forearms but I have even used it on my head and the back of my neck. It’s great for working around kneecaps and even across joints with the right attachment and pressure. For as effective as it is it’s also gentler than any other I’ve tried.I’ve actually bought 4 of these now including one for a friend, one I gave away as a gift and one for me. In addition several people who tried mine bought their own, including 3 massage therapists. Until a few days ago the only complaint I had was that the battery didn’t seem to have much bottom. It would last quite a while but when it got low it would go from low to dead really quickly, then it’s pretty slow to charge.But now I have another complaint, and the reason I had to buy a 4th one. The handle separated from the body. It’s inserted fairly deeply into a pretty solid sleeve so I don’t know what went wrong. It’s a very strong connection in terms of sideways force but for some reason this one came detached. Since I haven’t seen other complaints about the same problem I’m going to assume it was some sort of a fluke and hope it won’t happen again. It certainly hasn’t happened to any of the 10 or so people I know who own and use one. I love the job it does so much that even though this one only lasted 4 or 5 months I’m buying another because I need it. I’ll see about contacting them through their website and will update this review after I do.In any case the gun works great and I like it enough I’ve replaced it after being without it for just a couple of days.

Great Massage Gun
At first use, this seems like a well made product and will certainly be enjoyed in our house!1 negative – the attachment heads seem like they unscrew too easily while using the massage gun. I’m constantly having to tighten or twist the head so it tightens back up.Many positives- Very quiet- Lightweight- Easy to use- Massages very well

UPDATE REVIEW – DEAD AFTER 7 MONTHS:I bought this back on Aug. 31, 2023, was very impressed as in my original feedback below. With the exception that it should have a separate On/Off switch.Now it’s April 11, 2024 just 7 Months Later and it’s DEAD. This item was only used by me and not abused. I am a senior and looked after this item hoping I would have it for a long time. But, now it’s DEAD.It was on a Full Charge, while using it there were still 3 of the four charge indicators lit, then, it just stopped working. It was only running for about 5 minutes so it was not an overheating thing. Just died and now it’s useless.I don’t see a link to reach out to the seller to let them know. Maybe they would replace it with a bit of luck, we shall see.Costco has one similar which might be a good bet as they are great on looking after their customers.I bought one of these after seeing the smaller version a friend of mine has. I am pleased with this massager, it has a good quality feel to it and should last a long time. The categories for rating “Pain Relief” this definately does the job to provide good pain relief. As for catefory “Battery Life” well I only have this a short time and I have no reason the battery won’t have an overall long life, only time will tell. And, the “Easy to Use” rating, well, it is easy to get a good comfortable grip for use and also easy to change the various heads what come with the massager. One not so convenient thing with the ease of use is the On/Off power. There are five different speeds, the speed button and power on/off button are one and the same. If you operate the massager by pressing once you are ON speed ONE and if you want to TURN OFF the massager you need to cycle through speeds, TWO, THREE, FOUR and FIVE before reaching the POWER OFF, that is FIVE presses to turn OFF the massager……. maybe an individual POWER ON/OFF button may be a design improvement and added convenience. Overall rating right now, I am happy with the massager and feel that it will do it’s job well; I would buy again.UPDATE: After using this for over a month I have just one complaint. There should be an ON/OFF Switch added. Each time I use this it’s usually on the “low” speed, then in order to turn the massager OFF I need to CLICK the BUTTON a FULL 5 times to turn it OFF. The speed button and the power button are one and the same. This really becomes annoying and inconvenient quickly. Make this modification and I would say you have the best massager ever. Other than this MAJOR inconvenience it’s a great massager.UPDATED REVIEW: MAY 2025 ………………My first review of this C2 Massager was correct. It was totally fabulous in every way. It does everything you want and more. It is built to last and built to satisfy and get the job done.I added updated comments about 7 months after purchase. If I every provide an opinion or feedback and realize after that I was wrong or unfair in any way I think it’s simply the right thing to do is come back and let that be known.It is definitely well deserved in this case that I need to give an update.I could give a lot of detail, instead I will get to the point.I was wrong about the “POWER SWITCH”….. there is a SIMPLE way to turn this massager OFF with just ONE simple click. It’s embarassing, but I did not press hard enough on the power button. All I had to do was press just a tiny bit harder for a second or two and presto, it’s TURNED OFF.As for this C2 Massager failing after 7 months – NOPE again. Yes, I am honestly the dumb one here…. all I had to do is1) PLUG it in correctly, wow, how hard is that…. and…. 2) use a little energy and PRESS the POWER Button.I want to let you know that THIS COMPANY WAS HERE FOR ME, I should have commented earlier, but better late than never. When you post fair comments they read both the good and the not so good. This company listens to you and will look after you. It was certainly my experience.Okay., I am glad I have the opportunity to update my comment and not leave alone comments that were not correct…..when I make a mistake I need to come clean.BOTTOM LINE: AWESOME Company to deal with. GREAT Product all around, totally satisfied with my purchase. WARRANTY: Do NOT worry, they will honor it and be fair and look after you. CUSTOMER SERVICE: I can honestly say it truly deserves 5 star all around.Would I buy products from this company again?
