This brush is FANTASTIC! My little guy absolutely loves it. He even rolled to each side to be brushed – tummy last, of course! This indicates it is super soft on the soft side, otherwise he would not tolerate it, let alone roll to each side lol. The bristles on the other side are good at untangling (his tail is the only part of him that gets tangled). I had no issue removing hair, but then again, his hair is just like that – he is soft, but he’s not super fluffy and he has quick-drying hair, if that helps describe his hair type. It fits in your hand nicely, like a “normal” brush size, so it’s easy to hold, use, and you’re not going to accidentally drop it on your dog. This could be used for all sizes small, medium, large dogs!

This is a good brush
We adopted an aussiedoodle that had been shaved at the shelter. His coat is now growing back after 2 months. I ordered this brush BEFORE he came home so we could get on a daily grooming schedule right from the beginning. He loves getting brushed every day. The pin side seems to stimulate his skin and he loves it. The brush side is great for around sensitive areas like his eyes, his ears, and his chin.His coat is growing back in nicely and there are curls and waves now. This brush works very well to get through those little curlies and doesn’t pull or dig in.It’s ergo-friendly and is very easy to hold in my hand. I used a brush like this for years for our kitties & pin heads seem to come off over time or they push down into the base. No pin heads have come off yet after being used every single day for 2 months.I’m tempted to order a 2nd one to have on hand in case this one ever wears out. So far so good.I recommend it for quality and for being a good value.UPDATE 12-21-23 – a few pins have pulled out but it’s my error. I used a steel dog comb to clean hair off of it and the comb pulled 4 pins out. It’s a good brush but I don’t recommend using a heavy duty steel comb to clear the hair off. Use your hand instead if possible. The other thing I love about this brush is that the BRUSH side is not overly stiff and it’s great for brushing around eyes and muzzle. I still recommend it with 5 stars.

I like that it has two different options in one. We have a medium haired mixed breed dog and it helps with shedding a little but I’m not sure it makes a huge difference.

This brush is a life saver. I have a Maltipoo and she’s very curly. Since she was a puppy she was never a fan of being brushed. We haven’t tried that many different kinds of brushes but we tried Combs, slickers and a rotating comb and the deshedding Combs with the rake like teeth that are supposed to detangle… Anyway she hated all of them but could tolerate if I were super gentle and cautious. I tried this brush bc of the reviews, price and bc I wanted to try something new for my baby (not really a baby she’s 6 hehe) but anyway I just ordered another one to give to my parents for when she visits them. She actually let’s me brush her and will sit still. It genuinely seems like she kinda liked it. She relaxes more than I’ve ever seen her around any other brush. This truly made me so happy I couldn’t stop telling my bf to check out the baby while I was brushing her bc I was so amazed. I’m so grateful for this product… I just hate myself for not trying it sooner… And for essentially giving up on brushes. I wish I knew years ago 🙁 anyway, the only thing that sucks is cleaning the brush. I can’t get it clean all the way. I tried using my hands, a comb, water and shampoo, etc but my maltipoos fur is so thin and soft I think it can’t help but get stuck in the bristles. I also see a little bit of dander and debris come out onto the brush which tells me this is working bc with other brushes I couldn’t come through her curls without bothering her or hurting her and I would never really see debris or anything come out. This brush makes me feel so much more confident and I’ve been brushing her once or twice a day ever since it arrived. I’ve had no trouble and she doesn’t even run away. Im hoping this will help her overall since I imagine less allergens and stuff will be stuck in her fur now. If you’re on the fence and had bad luck with brushes, I’d recommend this one 100000% bc it worked for me and if it doesn’t work out for you, at least it’s only about 6 dollars which is like a 5 dollar foot long or one fast food meal hehe. I feel like this brush is relatively super cheap compared to a lot of other brushes out there. I’m just in love. So in love… So glad to have given this one a shot. I was so close to not even trying bc all brushes pretty much have sucked thus far but my baby has been itching and the vet said its allergies but the meds haven’t really been working so I did some research and bought some topical sprays and balms for my dogs hot spots and inflamed paws. She never really has these issues but she just recently got worse so I was really worried. That’s what lead me to look for a new brush too– I wanted one that could loosen her curls and get any debris or allergens out. I know this is a super long and probably redundant review but please do t let that stop you from ordering this lol. I’m just typing g this review up on my phone as I just finished brushing her after the sprays dried on her fur. I came here to see how I can clean the brush and ended up writing a review instead lol. I couldn’t help myself im just so impressed and relieved. Anything that makes my baby’s life easier/better makes me super happy… Sorry if there are lots of typos I have fat fingers and don’t feel like proofreading right now 😛

I bought this strictly for the bristle side cause it’s way cheaper than a single sided bristle brush, plus I wasn’t sure if the bristles would do what I wanted them to do.I have a lab, and they shed their top coat a fair bit in spring and fall.I’ve tried lots of brushes that are supposed to work on the long hair top coat. They don’t. They get some top coat, but mostly undercoat.I needed a brush that would pick up the long loose top coat hair and this one definitely does. I get a tiny, tiny bit of under coat with it, but it’s so minuscule it’s barely noticeable.Added bonus is my dog loves this brush. It doesn’t pull on his undercoat, and he stands perfectly still for as long as I want to brush him, so he must like how it feels.Also it really works on distributing the oil so his coat is really shiny. He has sensitive skin and distributing the oil also reduces his scratching significantly.

A mi perrito le encanta, cierra sus ojos como si le diera un masaje. El precio es razonable, estuve buscando por un tiempo un cepillo bueno y no tan caro, y esta fue la mejor opción que encontré tanto online como tiendas físicas. El empaque llegó bien, el cepillo no está maltratado y se ve resistente. Las cerdas negras son muy duras y es un poco dificil quitarle los pelos por lo mismo, pero esto no es un problema para mi y a mi perro le gusta que lo cepille con ese lado. Las cerdas metálicas se ven bien sujetas al cepillo, aunque sospecho que se pueden llegar a desprender si tu perro tiene mucho pelo y está muy enredado; mi perro es mediano asi que no batallo mucho cepillandolo. El mango parece hecho de un material de goma que con el tiempo se le puede pegar polvo y mugre, asi que trataré de guardarlo en un lugar cerrado donde no se ensucie, es lo único que no me convenció del cepillo. Aún asi, estoy satisfecha.
