We needed a roomier backpack carrier for our 1.5yr old cat, he had outgrown his previous carriers. I opted for this brand as we saw somebody at an event with their cat chilling in the carrier with the extra compartment extended out, it looked so cool!I got the bigger size, feels like good quality and sturdy. I’m 6’4” with broad shoulders, it fits me perfectly and my cat has plenty of room to lay, stand, and adjust. It’s also very breathable! I like that he’s about to smell everything.Overall I’d highly recommend this backpack carrier to other cat owners, our cat seems comfortable and adjusted well to it right away since it was so spacious, he’d become a little timid of his other backpack as I think he was beginning to feel cramped :/ major upgrade and good value for the price in my opinion.Easy to break down and transport, folds right up when not in use, our cat is comfortable with the existing padding but we add a small fluffy towel or tiny blanket to keep him cozy when it’s cold.

Excellent Quality!
This is a very high quality, very well thought out pet carrier! It opens in 4 different places and has an extendable walk out section in the back (with chosen option). It’s very well ventilated and has a privacy flap on the front you can keep closed or roll up and snap open to allow even more ventilation and visibility.The backpack keeps its shape very well and the included floor mats are soft and help it keep its shape even better. The main floor mat has sewn in Velcro to attach it to the bottom. The mat that goes in the extendable area does not have Velcro. I wish it did and have added my own Velcro to keep it secure to the bottom, but more importantly to keep it secure against the inside back when the extendable portion is not in use. This is necessary because the mat does fold up nicely when you close up the back and zip it all up. There are two elastic straps on the bottom to hold it securely, but not on the top (see photos).The side pockets are very generous and fit food and supplies. I really love that the zippers also clasp together to make sure they cannot separate and allow your pet to jump out! There is also a strap on the inside to clasp to a collar for added security so your pet can’t jump out while securing the doors.Overall a great purchase we’ll get a lot of use out of with our new kitten! 10+ stars!!

Too big for airplane but perfect everywhere else
Very sturdy and doesn’t slump down with the largest inside capacity I’ve seen. I’ve probably gone through half a dozen of these type backpack carriers and by far this one has been the best for overall comfort for my dog and for me as well. It’s not hard to put on or carry. I’ve had two back surgeries in the past and this it doesn’t hurt me in the slightest. No soreness the next day either. They reengineered the back so you can open it up more when not on your back for more room. And then zip it back up quickly when on the go. That part is a little flimsy but still works great. The thing I’ve experienced that is the most troublesome is because of its size it doesn’t fit well under the seat in front of you on an airplane. Even in first class which is why I gave it 4 stars instead of 5. So while it says airline approved it’s not very airline friendly. But other than that I highly recommend

Perfect for my 22 lb dog
When reading reviews I was worried that the larger of the two sizes didn’t have but one review that confirmed that this larger bag fits under the seat for my flight. I can confirm, that for southwest, it does! I sat in the middle seats for all of my flights for the most underseat storage. While their newer seats it was a bit more of a squeeze, on the older planes it slid if perfectly like it was made for it! I will add, that if they were to be picky, the technical size of the bag does exceed their stated allowable dimensions. I will be flying Alaska and Alaska next and believe this will still easily fit if I book the window seat.My dog had another bag but it’s a bit smaller and I wanted him to have a little bit more room because we had a bit of travel coming up. He’s 22lb, short legs, 22in long, 16in for his chest and next. He is a smaller medium size dog. This bag had so much space for him I feel like I could have gotten the slightly smaller sized bag and he would have been happy. When I expanded the back he was able to stretch out and he didn’t even want to explore escaping because he had so much room!It was comfortable to wear and easy to take on and off when needed!Happy with my purchase! Great value, sturdy, functional, and while technically too big to fly with, it still fit and gave my pup a spacious ride!

Must Have for Cat ‘Parents’
Extremely well designed! It holds its shape well, there are little loops and flaps everywhere to help things fold and unfold nicely, the straps are easy to adjust, the pockets hold his accessories just great and the best part:It has all the little cubbies, view screens, and zippable access points our little guy could want!We take it to the park regularly, have eaten both indoors and out with him in it, and just got back from a short camping trip in the mountains.We had to wash it when we got home because the potty pads we used inside leaked. We put the whole thing (disassembled) into a delicates wash when we got home, and dried on the lowest possible setting. Everything came out retaining its shape and smelling just fine.

It’s not quite as sturdy as I was hoping it would be but it is made of good quality materials.I haven’t actually used it properly yet as I am still training the cats to get in it.

Klassisches Prinzip. Geeignet für Mittelgroße Katzen. Der Gehege Ausläufer ist für große Katzen etwas zu spillern. Bei sehr schweren Katzen bekommt man guten Zug nach hinten. Alles in allem gut für alle Beteiligten. Für Reisen sehr gut für den Tierarzt benutze ich einen kleineren.
