Just what my mother needed! My mother had low levels of magnesium. This supplement helped to elevate my mother’s magnesium level back to where it should be. She takes two capsules per day. No upset stomach whatsoever. Helps her to fall asleep, too. Wonderful product!

Helps with Sleep and Relaxation — Label Could Be Clearer
Good product overall, but I can’t give it 5 stars because the labeling is misleading. Each capsule only provides 60 mg of elemental magnesium, so you’d need about six and a half capsules to reach the stated 400 mg. That should definitely be clearer on the bottle.That said, the magnesium glycinate form is excellent — it’s well-absorbed, easy on the stomach, and helps me relax and fall asleep faster. I’ve also noticed less muscle tension since taking it. Great quality, just wish the dosage info were more transparent.

Better than other brands
Tried two other brands , one was $50, neither got me more deep sleep and a lot of gas. This product has more than doubled my deep sleep from 25 minutes per night to now over 1 hour – every night according to my oura ring. Incredible , wish I had it years ago.
