I couldn’t be happier with this purchase! My daughter follows someone on TikTok who uses this to make smoothies as part of their journey to a healthier lifestyle, and after seeing how well it worked for them, I decided to upgrade from the cheap blender I had before. This is a great blender! we make smoothies every morning and this works perfect. the only tiny complaint is that it is very loud but it only takes 30 seconds to blend my smoothies so i can deal with that!

Great for smoothies
For the past 20 years, or so, I’ve used Bullet blenders to use for single serve smoothies. When the Bullet first came out, it were the only one of it’s type. Each one only lasted about 5 to 7 years, so I’ve had 3 over that time. With each one I’ve had to replace various parts that either broke or wore out. The plastic pieces that you insert the cup into get damaged over time and can’t be replaced. I decided to get something a bit more powerful and robust. I would have preferred it if it was only $99 instead of $120, but the difference only comes to a penny or two a day, so the cost difference is only really psychological when you place your order.Pros:Generous sized cup compared to the bullet. Handles the ingredients that had maxed out in my bulletPowerful, blends smoothies in just a few seconds, a fraction of the time of the bulletRobust design making it much easier to use, and probably last longer, than the Bullet.Easier to keep clean than the bullet.Can work as a normal blenderCons:Fairly noisy. However, it’s on for less than 5 seconds so it’s not a big dealPricey for a single serve smoothie blender. Excellent blender (with one-month update)
This is an excellent blender, perfect for a one- or two-person household. It’s easy to clean and the machine packs a punch. It’s loud, yes, but so are most blenders in this price range. I wanted something affordable and not too large, and this one comes with three containers. The largest one is 34 oz., and the other two are 24 and 18 oz. So it’s perfect for making smoothies and dips of varying sizes. I was about to buy a $500 Vitamix but the pitcher on that was too big (64 oz.) for a small household, so I’m glad I bought the Ninja. The price on Amazon ($109.00) is also far lower than the price on the Ninja website ($139.00).Update: I have now been using the Ninja Twisti every day for one month. This gadget is the “little engine that could.” I use it once or twice a day, usually to make smoothies. Thanks to this gadget, I have been taking in a lot more raw fruits and vegetables. Unless the motor burns out, I can see myself using it for as long as possible. This machine is powerful. Frozen fruit, peels, hard vegetables, nuts — as long as there is enough liquid, the Twisti will pulverize them all. The built-in tamper on the 34 oz. jar is very useful. One wonders why more blenders don’t have this design element. I usually hand wash it, using a long-handled bottle brush with bristles to wash the blade. Will be purchasing an extra Hybrid Edge blade in case the blade on this one becomes dull. I have rarely been more contented with a purchase.

Great for Smoothies!
This is a really great product for someone who needs a basic blender. I love that it comes with different size containers but it’s really only good for smoothies, smoothies bowls, drinks, etc. which is mostly what i use it for! It does a really great job blending most things i’ve tried and I feel like the power is strong. I made a smoothie bowl with it today and it blended my frozen fruit, yogurt, greens etc. perfectly! definitely worth the money

Absolutely Amazing
I love the small, compact design of this blender, it fits perfectly on my counter without taking up much space. It makes extremely smooth Indian dosa batter, and I honestly find it performs better than Vitamix Venturist Pro. The only drawback is that it’s very loud (still not as loud as vitamix), and the bottom grip is very snug, making it a bit tricky to move around. I understand the purpose of the grip for stability, so it’s a small inconvenience I can live with 🙂

My sister in law recommended this blender because the Ninja I have with 1000 watts makes terrible smoothies. This blender is 1600 watts and is powerful and it made smoothies with little effort. I love the to-go cups also and it’s super easy to clean. Very happy with my purchase.

It took awhile to arrive, but it was just what i was looking for.After opening it up and seeing an American plug, i realised that it wouldn’t work in the UK with specialist transformers.The selling has wasted my time, effort and money (still waiting for a refund).If you live outside of the US, do not buy this.
