Will feeding still continue regularly after the Wi-Fi is disconnected?
If a feeding plan is already set, the feeder will continue that plan even when the Wi-Fi is disconnected. However, the feeding log will not update in the app, so the status will be displayed as unknown.
Why does my network keep disconnecting?
Our product only supports 2.4GHz network connections. If your network is a 2.4GHz/5GHz interactive network, we suggest setting different account passwords for the two frequency bands to avoid connectivity issues caused by network hopping.
Why is my feeding schedule not repeating?
Please check if your feeding schedule has the ‘repeat’ option set. If this option is not set, the scheduled feeding will be a one-time event. When the ‘repeat’ option is set, the feeder will dispense the food at the date and time you specified.
Why is the battery life of my feeder relatively short?
Maximize battery life by keeping feeder and router within 10m without walls in between, using recommended food sizes, and setting separate passwords for 2.4GHz/5GHz networks to avoid connection issues.
What is the minimum amount of food that can be dispensed?
The minimum unit dispensed per meal is 1/24 cup (10ml), weighing approximately 5g. Up to 16/24 cups (160ml) dispensed per meal, weighing approximately 80g. The actual amount may vary depending on the size, type, and density of the food particles.

Good Feeder with minor clock issues
I purchased this pet feeder over a year ago (July 2024) and I have really had no significant problems with it. The only tiny thing to mention is that over time the clock seems to speed up a bit. While I have it set to go off at the top of the hour, over time it will eventually be dispensing at 10 mins to the hour. Not a big deal to me at all. Everything else has worked wonderful. Since it is not located near a power outlet, I put batteries in it and I STILL have not needed to change the batteries. For anyone who is concerned about using batteries, do not be worried. The food is kept nice and fresh with the seal lock on the top and I’ve never had a problem with any moisture building up and I don’t even have any desiccant packs in it. My cat was particular and didn’t like the stainless dish, but I was able to place her small ceramic dish in front of it instead with no problem. The timing setup takes a bit to get used to but it’s fairly straightforward once you get the hang of it. The instructions do explain how to do it. It sits securely on the floor and has never tipped over. Overall I think it’s a good value and I would recommend since I’ve been using it for quite awhile without any significant issues.

Works great overall; had it for 2.5 years. Motor gets stuck sometimes
I’ve had this feeder for 2.5 years; worked great until the motor wouldn’t turn and dispense the food anymore. I thought it was broken but after taking it apart I realized that a few pieces of kibble got stuck in the motor. After getting those out, worked like usual.I like being able to give small portions at a time and scheduling feedings for early mornings or nights (without having to be present). However, if you get this, keep an eye on it in case the motor gets stuck like how mine did. I didnt realize my poor cat wasn’t being fed for maybe a day or more until I checked by clicking the manual button, and the food didn’t come out. I can’t believe I made my cat go without dry food for a day or maybe more. Maybe the wifi one is able to tell you if it couldn’t dispense properly. Overall, good long lasting feeder. Just keep an eye on it from time to time.

Cat proof feeders!
So far, I love this feeder. I bought three. I’m really happy and relieved because I had been looking at automatic feeders for over a month and ended up buying some that I had to return because my cats were able to get extra food out of the food dispenser. Two of my cats are a little chunky, so that was one of my main concerns when getting another.Pros:-Very secure! My cats haven’t been able to get food out of the top and they haven’t been able to get food out of the hole where the food dispenses. They stick their paws up there and try to get food out and so far, no extra food has fallen out. I even saw another review that said their cat learned to knock the feeder around and extra food would fall out, so I was nervous about buying these, but I haven’t had that problem. I even shook the feeders around to test it and it was fine. But if you do have a very determined cat, I’d suggest getting some Velcro stickers for the bottom of the feeder to hold it in place so it can’t tip over, because they’re on the smaller side.-Food dispenses at pretty much the same time. I bought three for my three cats and all the food dispenses at the same time, if not one or two seconds apart.-Very sleek and modern look. Most automatic cat feeders are 4 liters or bigger, so I like that this one is smaller and doesn’t take up so much space.-Rechargeable batteries. You can choose to keep the feeders plugged in and charging while using them, or you can unplug them and have them off the charger.-Battery life. I’ve had the feeders off the charger for almost four weeks now and two of them are at 40% and one of them is at 50%. So the battery life is really good.-App is very user friendly and easy to use. Also, easy set up, as long as you switch your WiFi over to 2.4ghz. Once you set up the feeders, you can switch back to 5ghz.I was having an issue at first with the app. The food would dispense on time throughout the day and then it wouldn’t dispense again starting the next day. I kept having to go back in the app and manually turn them back on. I was so confused. I thought I had them set to all days of the week cause in the app it says “repeat” and then lists all the days of the week. I contacted the customer support and they were super helpful and they told me I need to actually tap the days of the week in the app to get it to repeat lol🤦♀️ so they work great now and dispense at the right days/times.There are many more pros, but those are the main ones that stood out to me.Cons:-If you have multiple feeders, I wish there was a way in the app for the “feed now” button to dispense food from all feeders at the same time. Or I wish there was a way when you’re setting up your pets schedule, you could select all feeders and set them all up at once. Instead you have to do each feeder individually.-Portions. The portions are a little weird. They go by 1/24ths. I feed my cats blue wilderness and each portion is approximately 30 pieces of kibble. Sometimes it’s a little more, sometimes it’s a little less. Nothing major though. I do wish they had better portion options. I like to give my cats a “late night snack” and the first portion is too small, but the second portion is too much.These are definitely not deal breakers though. The pros far outweigh the cons. And as long as the feeders keep working as they should and I get a few years out of them, I will be very happy!!

En mi terraza que tiene jardín a un lado vienen hormigas en busca de alimento .Me dijeron que ponga el producto sobre una charola con un poco de agua y esto impide que se metan las hormigas a comer las croquetas.El producto tiene mecanismo eléctrico en la parte de abajo así que no puedo ponerlo en agua por temor a que se dañe . O que nivel de agua 2 cms o 5 cms podría resistir sin mojar el mecanismo eléctrico , hay alguna otra solución?

Arrived promptly and in good condition. So far it works well and even remembers the settings for a short time when unplugged and without batteries. My biggest complaint is that the bowl does not latch on to the feeder, it is just kind of held there by the weight of the unit. So when the cat starts to push at the unit hoping for more food, the bowl detaches. It seems like a pretty basic design flaw but maybe I’m missing something. My plan now is to tape the bowl to the feeder to keep it from coming away so easily. Otherwise it’s good.

This arrived today badly packaged, no instructions and even worse it has been obviously used as the bowl is dirty and the storage area has crumbs from the cat biscuits clearly visible. It will be going straight back. Seeing as I paid full price, I’m actually appalled at its condition!

For me the main draw for this feeder was the ability to recharge the built-in battery and not needing to have the feeder plugged into mains.The app is easy to use, pre-programmed feeding times are accurate and manual feeds are instantaneous, even when done remotely.Dispensing can be a bit loud (especially in the quiet early hours), but a great signal to our cat who’ll stop in her tracks and race to go eat.Provides great peace of mind knowing our cat is fed during the work day, and will receive dinner on time even if we’re late home. No more being woken in the early hours for food either.
