Reebok Vector Stackable Fitness Mat is a foldable padded mat that is best used for floor exercises such as yoga, recovery stretches, or body weight exercises. As someone who used to work out in global gyms, crossfit and olympic weightlifting gyms, I now work out at home with equipment in my urban apartment.Pros:* This mat is high quality material, it does not indent and scuff easily, which other mats I use have done even if a dumbell was placed on it. We don’t have that problem here* It has grip ridges on the back which help it stay in place on the floor during movement, very handy and helps with safety* It’s comfortable, you don’t need added padding or support for things like planks or on your knees as other pads do* It’s quite long in length and can fit (most people’s) full body laying down* because it folds up, you can use it as a platform, for example, raised planks or push upsCons:* even when folded it does have a high footprint in that it takes up quite some space* the ridges can be a little tough to clean* it’s not what I would call light so it’s not as easy to move it around place to placeOverall the benefits outweigh the limitations and this is a great work out mat for beginners through advanced athletes.
