Thought i was just getting some bands but i am happily surprised at all this set comes with. 4 high quality bands 1 door wedge to get some decent at home workouts 2 “handles” 1 bag and 1 very simple exercise guide. Overall pleased with the quality of the bands, they feel very strong and I can tell its as close to that resistance level as possible. They are super light and durable. Good set for the money.

Good Set of Resistance Bands
This is a complete set of resistance bands that can be used for at home, in the office or travel strength building. I like that there are different bands with their resistance printed so I can use them as I get stronger and for different exercises. Ther are 4 bands of increasing difficulty, a storage bag, velcro covers to protect your hands, and a hook so the bands can be used with a door. The storage bag is a nice touch. I like the quality and ease of use with the hand protector. I docked a star because the set does not have a good set of instructions on how to use the door hook or suggested exercises. The sheet that does come with it has a few diagrams but no directions. Besides that, it’s a quality set of resistance bands. Recommended.

Great Quality Resistance Bands with Helpful Exercise Chart
These resistance bands exceeded my expectations with their high quality and variety of resistance options. They haven’t snapped like my previous ones, and the included carry bag and large exercise chart make them especially convenient and functional. The chart is a great reference for different exercises and adds a lot of value. Overall, a fantastic purchase for the price!

Decent Set, But Band Width Is a Letdown
The Giiyr resistance bands set is functional and comes with a good range of resistance levels, plus the door anchor is a nice addition. However, my biggest complaint is the inconsistency in band width. The lighter resistance bands are noticeably narrower, which makes them uncomfortable to hold or use when they press against your body during certain exercises. I wish all the bands were the same width for a more comfortable and consistent feel. Overall, the set gets the job done, but the design could use some improvement.

Die Bänder selbst sind top, aber die Zusatzteile (Griffe, Türanker) wirken eher billig und könnten qualitativ besser sein.Warum die Bänder trotzdem überzeugen (+ Studien):– Laut Journal of Strength and Conditioning Research (2011) können Widerstandsbänder ähnliche Kraftzuwächse wie Hanteltraining erzeugen, wenn man sie progressiv nutzt.– Melchiorri & Rainoldi (2011) zeigen, dass elastische Bänder Stabilisatoren stärker aktivieren – super für Schulter, Core & Hüfte.– Andersen et al. (2010) bestätigt, dass Bänder sehr gut für Reha und Gelenkschonung geeignet sind, weil sie kontrollierte Kraftkurven haben.Meine Eindrücke:– Die Bänder selbst sind hochwertig, sauber im Zug und mit guter Spannungsprogression.– Wesentliche Stufen von leicht (Warm-up) bis schwer (Pull-up Support) sind abgedeckt.– Super für Homegym, Reisen und Mobilitätsarbeit.– Aber: Die Griffe & der Türanker fühlen sich eher nach „Beilage“ an – funktionieren, aber nichts Besonderes.Fazit:Top Widerstandsbänder, wirklich stark für Training & Mobility – nur das Zubehör könnte besser sein.⭐ 4/5 – wegen der Extras, die nur durchschnittlich sind.
