Easy assembly, yeah right.
We bought this to better protect our cat and home from fleas and any other bugs, but this flea trap has a terrible and flimsy design that makes it unusable and impossible to assemble. Our 2-pack of traps came with flawed top and bottom parts that were mismatched and wouldn't align AT ALL. The aligning parts are small, not smooth to slide in, and very prone to breaking if you're not careful. But even if you are careful, the design is just awful.
It is difficult to assemble the light bulb and put it securely into the top part of the trap. Even in the assembly video on the product page, the person seems to struggle with the trap's light bulb and the top and bottom parts, and they can't just speed through the entire assembly. (he video was also way too quick to clearly catch what the person was doing as they assembled the trap.
Another pain point is the literal pain that came with trying to assemble this thing. I have arthritis and am generally fine with assembly if I take my time and read the instructions, but that didn't work for this trap. I didn't break any pieces or hurt myself in the assembly attempt, but I can easily imagine someone hurting themself, especially if they try to brute force the top and bottom parts together.
Definitely returning and wouldn't recommend this to anyone!

Great tool in management of flea infestation
I purchased this item because I knew about fleas being attracted to heat and Light. The housing is perfect so you can tuck it out of the way until used at night. Easy to assemble, simple to use however it does take a little bit of effort to put the tabs into place as they are small and felt a little flimsy. There is a small removable ring on the socket where bulb screws into that tightens the socket in place, then you install bulb. It helps to remove the film covering the sticky pads, then bending it like a potato chip to get it into the assembled housing. When plugged in, make sure it is the only light source in room to for maximum attraction. I purchased the 2pkgs with 2 traps each on Aug 22 and installed that day. The images below are from 8/22/25 to 9/9/25 used only at night. Units have been super helpful in reducing the flea population and highly recommend this type of unit because it keeps noses out and captures without drawing attention because captured critters are hidden under lid. If you have beloved pets, this is a helpful non-toxic tool for long term flea management. Pets will still need flea protection even inside of the home.

It works
I started noticing my dog scratching more and realized there were fleas in the house. I didn’t want to use harsh chemicals, so I tried these indoor flea traps. The setup was easy—just plug them in and place the sticky pad underneath. By the next morning I could already see fleas and tiny bugs stuck on the pad. After a week, the difference was huge. The itching stopped and I wasn’t seeing fleas jumping around anymore. The traps are completely odorless and safe to leave running near pets. The replacement pads and bulbs make them last a long time, and cleaning is simple since you just swap the sticky sheet. I keep one in the living room and one in the bedroom now. For anyone dealing with fleas or small insects inside, these are a lifesaver that work quietly and safely.

Instructions are incomplete but a good product
The instructions regarding how to assemble and use the traps omit the step where the nut is removed from the light bulb socket, then the socket is inserted into the top and the nut is reapplied. The two trays are working well and attracting fleas after about 10 days.

Helps to keep the beasts asleep
Helps to keep the beasts comfortable while they sleep. Not a cure all of any kind – but definitely helps to manage fleas where the monsters sleep.I would recommend this product it can help with the dogs itching and scratching while you are trying to sleep. Not a cure of any kind – definitely helps – and I was surprised once the dogs realized it helped them they adopted the bright light and welcome it when sleeping.God bless you and your loved ones.

Very flimsy but works
These flea traps and a very lightweight, cheap plastic. Putting them together must be done gently otherwise the tab will break making these unusable. However, they are just as effective as every other flea traps with a light that heats and sticky pad. If these are cheaper than others I’d probably buy again. But if there are others the same price I’d choose something else.

Can’t assemble due to flawed design and parts, painful and dangerous for athritis!

Great added help
Worked for fleas and anything else crawling around on the floor. That said, don’t rely on just this product if you’re dealing with fleas. We had diatamaceous earth, bug bombs, plastic around bedding, bagged up rugs, and vacuumed constantly. What this product really excells at is giving you an idea of how many fleas you’re still dealing with. Good luck!

Great purchase
I give 5 stars. I had purchased a name brand and they were so bright and flimsy and also at a higher price ! These are great as they are sturdier and more subtle to look at. They also make a great night light too. My little older dog with health problems could not take her flea meds for a while due to her health. A trip outside and the fleas attacked. I think from the wandering raccoons. Our vet gave her a dose to rid the fleas and I was so paranoid I put these in each room. Better safe than sorry. We only had a few hit the sticky as we caught early. Don’t hesitate to purchase these and at a two pack with extra pads and bulbs, they are a bargain. The only thing I would ask they take the pic of bugs off the sticky pad. It is hard to see a flea on the black portion.
