I’m really happy with this set of smoke and carbon monoxide detectors. They were super easy to install, and I love that each one comes with batteries and a clear display that shows real-time CO levels. Solid Performance, but Instructions Could Be Better — Great Follow-Up Service
I purchased a set of six combination smoke and carbon monoxide detectors, and after a month of use, I’m generally pleased with their performance. All six units worked right out of the box. The included drywall anchors and screws were a nice convenience, making installation simple.I tested the smoke alarm function using three birthday candles, letting them burn briefly before blowing them out and holding the alarm in the smoke. Each unit alarmed within 10–15 seconds and stopped quickly once removed from the smoke. The loudness is strong, and the test button, digital display, and indicator lights all work as expected. The CO detection registered a reading of about 10 ppm during testing.One standout perk is the lifetime battery replacement offer, which the seller confirmed promptly after I sent my order details per the instructions. However, my main complaint is that the detector’s instructions are written in broken English. While most of it was understandable, the section on muting the alarm was confusing. I accidentally muted one unit but couldn’t figure out how to unmute it except by waiting over 10 minutes, and I wasn’t able to replicate the mute function afterward.Overall, these alarms seem reliable, and I appreciate the included features, but the unclear instructions keep me from giving a full 5-star rating.Update (July 2025):Since my original review, two of my detectors began alarming due to low battery power. I contacted the seller under the lifetime battery service to request six new AA batteries. They replied the very next day and promptly shipped not only the batteries but also two brand-new detectors at no charge. I’m impressed with their responsiveness and commitment to customer satisfaction. This service definitely adds value to their product, and I would now rate it 4.5 out of 5 stars (held back only by the unclear instructions).

I needed to replace our old smoke detectors and this set looked like a good choice. They are combined smoke and carbon monoxide so I feel like I am doubly protected. I put one in the kitchen, one by the bedrooms, and the 3rd in the basement by the furnace.They were easy to set up right out of the box. The package came with everything I needed, like screws, anchors, and even the batteries. I just put in the three AA batteries, stuck the bracket on the wall with the screws, and clicked the unit into place. No wiring or anything complicated.The LCD screen is handy because it shows the battery level and any CO readings in real numbers. I like knowing exactly what’s going on instead of guessing. The lights are clear too; blue flashes fast if there’s smoke, and red for carbon monoxide. I test them once a week by pressing the button, and the alarm is really loud, so we can hear it anywhere in the house.We accidentally burnt the toast last week, and it went off, but I just hit the test button to mute it and the light blinked to show it was in silent mode. The holes around the sides seem to pick up air from all directions, and I haven’t had any false alarms since that first one

Good quality smoke and CO detector. Detected smoke promptly and turned on Alarm. Please check before installing. Alarm Noise is great. Easy to use and install if needed, instructions really help.
