Highly recommend these garbanzo beans
These garbanzo beans are great for several reasons. Organic is a huge plus! For someone who watches sodium content these had no added sodium, there is still 10g per serving. 2nd the quality and taste is better than any other canned garbanzo beans that I have had in the past. The box comes with a good portion and the quality is always consistent. 3rd the box is super convenient especially on the go or traveling not having to have a can opener. You can eat these straight out of the box or cook with your favorite meal. I eat these on regular basis in salads and soups. This is my go to brand and I stay stocked up on them.

I’m currently on a special diet and wanted to eat more healthy. I purchased garbanzo beans, usually organic brands and they are loaded with salt. These are not and the taste is amazing. The packaging is also great and you don’t have to worry about opening up cans.

Healthy Protein Alternative that Taste Good in Recipes
I am pleased with these and already used one container in a pasta dish. I just rinsed the beans, which I always do for canned or packaged beans, and let them sit a few minutes. Then I added them to my simmering pan of tomatoes, olive oil, and herbs. Next I added my pasta and spinach. Topped each serving with a few black olives and the taste was great! Nice vegetable protein source that worked well as far as cooking with them goes. I was initially a bit concerned because they arrived in a mailing bag but though a couple of containers had minor dents, nothing really damaging.

These are great. Saves me the trouble of trying to find organic, unsalted, garbanzo beans. Without a Whole Foods nearby it is slim pickins’ in my town.
