Don’t lean against it
While powerful, you need someone else to help either the back. I bought it with the intent on leaning back on it in my chair, but it stops with my weight against it. I weight 150. Just an FYI.

Incredible relief and super powerful
I’m delighted with this massage gun. It has a lot of intensities and the heads work great for every part of the body. The power is felt immediately and relaxes the muscles in a few minutes. I use it after training and also when I’m tense, and it always leaves me with a feeling of total rest. For the price, it exceeds what I expected. I recommend it with my eyes closed!

A Wide Area Massager That Works Well for Sore Muscles
Calling this device a massage gun feels a little inaccurate since it does not resemble one in shape or structure, but it absolutely fills a useful niche in our home. I picked it up because my younger daughter is on her high school marching band color guard team and tends to injure herself with surprising consistency. We already own a traditional massage gun, and she still uses it when she needs to target a very precise spot. What she needed, though, was something that could soothe an entire muscle group rather than just a single knot, and that is exactly where this massager succeeds.With six rotating heads working simultaneously, it covers a wider area and creates more of a kneading sensation than a pinpoint strike. My daughter says it works beautifully on her legs, especially after long rehearsals or performances. Her back requires a little more help since she cannot easily position it at the right angle on her own. This is not a device you can place on the floor, lean onto or wedge against a chair. Your body weight will stop the heads from rotating, so it does require hands on use either by her or by someone assisting.When used properly, though, it delivers a relaxing and effective massage. The heads move with enough pressure to give noticeable relief without crossing into discomfort. Watching her use it on sore quads or calves after practice makes it clear just how helpful the wider surface contact can be. It is a different sensation from percussion style massagers and fills a gap those tools do not always address.Battery life has been excellent. Once fully charged, she gets multiple sessions out of it before needing to plug it in again. I appreciate that the device uses a USB C port rather than a proprietary charger. We have those cables all over the house, which makes it simple to recharge anywhere. It is important not to use a fast charger, however, since that can damage the battery. A standard power adapter works perfectly.The one drawback she has mentioned is the volume. With six heads rotating at speed, it produces a noticeable amount of noise. That is not unexpected given how the mechanism works, but it is something to keep in mind if you plan to use it in a shared space.For our purposes, though, it has been a genuinely helpful recovery tool and complements the massage gun we already own. A strong performer for anyone dealing with sore muscle groups. Four stars.

Good vibration and works perfectly
I really like how this item is cordless as I don’t have o just use I nearby an outlet or have other use an extension cord. II works really well o target the areas in my back the are always tight as well as my legs as I’m working out more. The 6 head helps it target specific areas much easier. It has 32 adjustable intensities and9 smart modes so I able to really personalize my favorite settings. The battery life isn’t too bad as I’ve used it for a week and still holds a charge. I also like how it’s more quiet than more corded back massager which also was very easy to disconnect. Overall, this was a great purchase to really provide some relief to my tight muscles. Works really good.
