Is the bulb replaceable?
No, the bulb is not replaceable; however the LED is rated for 10,000 hours of use.
Will the candle bulb break if it falls off my window sill?
The cap on this candle is a soft rubberish material that will not break. It is possible to rip it off from the candlestick, but not easily as it is glued on.
How do I get all the candle timers to turn the lights on at the same time?
We recommend that you line up all your candles on a table then insert the batteries into the candlesticks. Finally, quickly screw down all the caps to the candlesticks one after another to sync them up.
What batteries does the candle take? Do they come with batteries?
Each candle takes 3 AA batteries. Batteries are not included with the product.
Can I use the candlestick in a different base?
Yes, you can remove the the candlestick from the base. This is necessary to install the batteries. You may place the candlestick into a votive holder, but a little tacky wax will probably be needed to make a secure hold.

Worth the extra cost
These battery-operated candles are perfect – just what I was looking for. Bases are sturdy but easily fit on our window sills. No cords to mess with and they don’t get warm to the touch. Easy to set up (installed batteries at the time of day I wanted them to come on; they stay on for 6 hrs, then go off, and come back on at the same time next day). The leds have a soft flicker action that looks really pretty and natural from outside the house.I ordered 2 boxes which arrived separately and one box had leds that were warm white while the other was a more yellow/amber color. The difference was subtle but noticeable. Contacted the seller inquiring about it and he promptly tested inventory for leds that matched my original box of “warm white” and swiftly shipped out replacement candlesticks. Outstanding service and nice product. Hoping these last for years to come! Thank you.

Perfect glow
These are pricey but worth every penny. I am on my 2nd year with my first set and I use them year-round. just bought a second set for Christmas highly recommend. The flame is the most realistic I’ve seen & the shape of the candle is perfect not clunky or clumsy looking. I love the slim base for window sills, they also fit into standard candle sticks.

Beautiful Candles
These candles are beautiful. I like that they are cordless so you don’t have wires hanging all over. The way the candle flickers makes them look so real. I love the timer feature too. As soon as you put the batteries in and they turn on the 6 hour timer starts. Then if you ever want to change the time you only have to remove the batteries then put them back in at the time you want the 6 hour timer to begin. I have them come on at about 5:30 and turn off at 11:30. After this Sunday when the clocks change I will need to adjust them. They have been working great! I haven’t had them long enough to test out the battery life but I’ve had them for over a month now and they are still going strong. They arrived fast and were well packaged. Highly recommend them.My first candle stopped working and it was just about 70 days as stated in the description of the candles on Amazon. It was 66 days. So I’m going to wait and see if all the others stop working within the next few days. So battery life was also as advertised.I love these candles so much I think I’m going to order more and put in all my windows. (Then might have to get a part-time job to pay for all the batteries but it would be well worth it!)

My second season with the Vermont candles, THEY ARE FANTASTIC!
I bought 6 boxes, 24 Vermont candles last year. They are great in my house and my mom loves (loves, loves, loves) them too. They have a nice weighted base (not metal though), with a long tapered candle. The led flame lamp gives a soft flicker, visible from the street. And the timer function (6 hours on, 14 off) works great. AND, NO CORDS! Load 3 batteries at desired ‘on’ time, set in the window and enjoy it for the Christmas season! No on/off routine every day. While beautiful viewed from outside, they also give a great warm feeling inside. I bought 2 more boxes this year to keep as spares. Love ‘em!

More cool white than warm
The candles are very well made and fit nicely, and easily, in the holders. I was a bit disappointed that the flame is more cool white than warm white, but it’ll be okay in our upstairs windows. There is no on/off switch. The cap at the bottom of the candle has to be screwed down a turn to turn them off. Fairly easy to do. When the batteries are inserted and the cap is put on, the candle is lit and the timer is set for six hours on, eighteen off. All in all, they’re very nice but I’d prefer a warmer white flame.

Beautiful advent candles
I purchased these to replace my parents old electric corded candles. They used the electric candles for over 50 years and had an elaborate system of extension cords and masking tape to fasten the candles to their windowsills each year during Advent. Now that they are using walkers, this would not work for them. These candles were the PERFECT solution. They are stable enough to sit in the windowsills. Once you put the batteries in the candle, the timer automatically starts. Each day, the candles will then turn on at that time. It was simple to set up, the size and color of the candles were stunning in the windows, and one set of batteries lasted through Advent and beyond Christmas. My parents loved them and remarked several times about how much they enjoyed the fact that they did NOT have to wander around the house plugging in candles.

A “flamed” taper without the heat
Each taper takes 3 AA batteries. It’s a nice, long, smooth taper, that has a flickering “flame.” A nice base too, that is slightly weighted. Base and taper look very classy and polished. They are in all my windows for the holidays, but I also have some on my dining table. No right minded person will mistake these for a real flame, but they definitely do provide the flickering open flame illusion and atmosphere, without the danger. They provide a warm colored, elegant flamelight, that is lovely. Nicely done, without being cheesy. For the effect, and quality of the taper, these are an excellent value for the price. And, they conserve battery power by going off after 6 hours. These can be used year round on a mantle or in a candelabra for dinner parties, besides Christmas windows.

At Last!! A Quality Battery-Operated Window Candle!!
I purchased a set of window candles last year with great expectations with their durability and overall performance. They turned out to be serviceable for the Holiday season, but this year they were completely unusable. What a disappointment!! Well, back to the drawing board, and happily, I found these LED candles and purchased them based on the positive reviews. Although these candles are made from plastic, it has a matte finish that has a remarkably realistic look when positioned on the window sill. The “flame” is very bright and the flicker makes it look more like a flame particularly when viewed from the outside. The base is slim, but sturdy. Great on a narrow sill like mine. The batteries were easy to install and they have been on my sills for the last several weeks with no issues so far. The candles arrived well-packed and quickly. I am very happy with my purchase and would recommend them.
