1. Using the cuff size wrong.
The correct cuff size is the circumference of your upper arm.
2. Using the cuff incorrectly
Please check the location of the brachial artery marker is above the artery and the air tube should run down the center of your arm. Do not wrap it too tight or too loose.
FAQ2: How do I measure upper arm circumference?
To determine the correct size, use a cloth tape to measure and place it at the midpoint between your elbow and shoulder around the circumference of upper arm.
FAQ3: Do AQESO BP monitors come with wide-range adjustable cuffs?
For arm BP cuffs, we may include different cuffs such as Small (7″-9″), M/L (9″-17″), and XL (13″-21″) sizes, depending on the model.
For wrist BP monitors, the attached cuff is suitable for wrists measuring 5.3-8.5 inches.
FAQ4: Are BP monitors battery operated or can they be powered by the AC adapter?
For AQESO ARM BP monitors, 2 power options available, either using 4-AAA battery or connecting with a USB Type-C cable.

VERY GOOD FOR BEGINNERS
I had to purchase for my child because he takes medication and the doctors wanted me to start checking his blood pressure. For beginners, it’s VERY EASY to figure out and read. It even has a Large cuff for bigger people which I had to make sure of because I’ve got some in my family, so I would highly recommend.

Eats batteries
Works fine on wall power, but use on battery to wget more accurate sit down reading. Batteries run down in about 4 uses off wall power. Batteries discharge in about 3-4 weeks even when never used without wall power. Would like to return.
