Product looks to be fine
All three came in looking fine but I notice that they all had an even, straight, and diagonal crack in the same exact place. It looked like it was deep but looking closer it was only on the inside of the pitchers and I think it may have just been the way the material was cut or something. Anyways looks to be fine and work as intended

You just can’t go wrong with Carlisle food service. They have been a restaurant industry standard for years for a reason. When a waitress comes to your table to refill your drink, this pitcher is usually what she has to do it. It’s easy to clean. Very durable. Well designed with good pourability. Great size for pitcher size drink mixes too.
