It’s purrrrfect for multicat homes!
I got this product after & a vet suggested it for a couple of cats who didn’t like each other & were forever picking on each other (fortunately, there was no bloodshed, just lots of yowling). It took a few days until the scent permeated the common area, but I noticed a gradual calming down in both cats. The yowling & swiping at each other was replaced with the occasional hiss & each ignoring the other. After several weeks of calm, I discontinued constant use, using only when tempers flared again. It’s easy to use – just screw the container of pheromones into the holder & plug it in. I’ve had no leakage. I have it plugged in an out-of-the-way place, where it’s not disturbed. These refills cost less than the brand name & work just as well. It’s saved me from vet visits & extra costs. Recommended for multicat homes which have felines with attitudes.

Pretty smelly even with an open floor plan, but when we moved it to another room, the smell is easier to deal with. My cat seeks out this diffuser and loves to stay in that room (whereas she didn’t go in that room before). No noise, no heat, lasts much longer than a month too! Works just as it should and I will be buying more of these

Calming Refills for Cats that Works
Seems to work with a stressed cat. Was peeing occasionally outside of the box, but now things are back to normal. Other factors at play included intentionally lowering human stress in the environment and adding Cat Attract to the litter boxes. Lost one star for how long they last in the diffuser compared to Feliway, but that’s okay given the lower cost.

Burns through quickly
I definitely think these work as my cats seem to be calmer and less prone to territorial marking when we don’t have pheromones plugged in, however these do not last as long as the original name brand. Typically they run out after about 2 weeks where the name brand last much closer to the estimated 1 month. They are great in a pinch or if you need a filler, but note you’ll spend similar in the long run.

Doesn’t Last or Work as Advertised.
You are throwing your money away ordering this product, so please don’t make the same mistake I made by trying to save some money. I ended up with a bunch of stressed out cats instead. These don’t last anywhere close to the 30 days advertised, all of the ones I had used were empty, or almost empty, in less than a week. I have six cats indoors, two of my own, and a stray female with three kittens that were living outside in our backyard until I rescued them with hopes of adopting them out at some point. I’ve been using Feliway Multicat or Optimum for almost a year, ever since rescuing our male cat Phineas last August , and they work wonders, but I wanted to cut expenses on cat supplies, so when I found these and read all of the reviews stating they lasted for only two weeks, most said that it worked for their cats, so I figured that even if they lasted for only 2 weeks, 2- 6pk boxes would still cost less than 1- 6pk of Feliway Multicat, plus there was a nice discount being offered, so I went ahead and purchased three boxes. Once delivered, I placed them throughout the house; I normally use four of the Feliway, but I thought “what the heck” and went ahead and used six of these. I started seeing a marked difference in Phineas’s behavior by the third day, not thinking much of it, just attributing this new behavior of his (15 mo. old and neutered) as being a part of growing into cat adulthood. But then all hell broke loose on the fifth day, so I checked the units and found most of them were almost empty, one completely empty. Luckily, I had a partial bottle of Feliway left, so I put it in the living room, their main hangout, and things began calming down after a little while. Very disappointed with this product, and the fact that I have needlessly stressed out my cats, and put my sanity in jeopardy (😂) by trying to save a few bucks. Immediately placed an order for Feliway Multicat and initiated a return on all three boxes for a refund. I’m not a happy camper right now, and neither are my cats.

Worth it if you need it for your cat or dog
Just what one of our cats needed. If you have a cat(s) that have anxiety issues, this might be the remedy for them. We’ve used these for many years now, and it has kept one of our cats very calm. She is a cat that does not socialize all that much and stays by herself 90% of the time. She roams around at night when everyone else is asleep. There is nothing physically or mentally wrong with her, that’s just her personality and character. She is a small cat, but she thinks she’s a lion. She has set several other cats straight when challenged. She is around the diffuser 90% of the time during the day and we have noticed a remarkable change in her disposition since using this product.

I’ve always been somewhat skeptical about Feliway, especially as never noticed any particular differences with my cats when using it. Add to that the exorbitant cost of it here in Australia. Tried this as an alternative given being considerably cheaper, but made no differences to my cats either. Perhaps my cats don’t respond to the ingredients.What I did notice however, was that these evaporated faster than the Feliway diffusers – within 2 to 3 weeks and opposed to around 4 weeks with Feliway.I’m not giving this product a thumbs down, especially if your cats respond to Feliway, but from my experience just keep in mind that it evaporated much faster.

Ich habe das Flakon ab Sonntag bis heute Dienstag in Betrieb. Das Foto ist von Dienstag.Leider scheint es sich sehr schnell zu entleeren und ich gehe davon aus, dass es keine 30 Tage hält.Sehr schade, weil es finanziell gesehen, somit nicht günstiger ist als das Original.Der Stecker von Feliway passt drauf, es riecht etwas, aber es wirkt bei den Katzen.Ob ich es nochmal kaufen werde weiß ich nicht, da es finanziell keine Ersparnis ist.
