Soft and firm both!
These are pretty amazing…so far…after just a couple weeks. This is the first pillow I’ve tried in years that feels so soft and “pillowy” but actually supplies a firmness that other soft pillows don’t. The material does seem cooling. I can’t say I’ve had no sweating, but it is definitely better. I’ve been buying and trying pillows for over two years now, and have wasted a lot of money on more expensive ones. Because this came 2 in one package, my husband is using it too.He has actually given up his favorite memory foam for this one!

To fluffy for side sleeping
Bought this hoping to get rid of neck pain. For me its too fluffy to sleep on my side it pushes my head to far up. My son that sleeps on his back mostly loves it though.

Comfortable but slippery
Very comfortable, squishes as needed, also support. However, they are a little bigger than standard queen size. My pillow cases will slide off during the night. The pillow is very slippery.

The only good thing about these pillows is that they are cool to the touch. They are very flat, and offer zero support for the head, shoulders or back.
