Incredible Vacuum
Incredible Vacuum. This will all the accessories and all in perfect condition. This a refurb — absolutely no evidence of being a return. It works perfectly and has plenty of power even at Medium speed. Hold on to small rugs – they will be sucked in to the vac – its that powerful. It is simple to put together and then use. 10/10 would Highly recommend. *Get the stand too, its worth it.

wonderful, portable vacuum. it’s a little irritating that you cannot choose a power setting that persists–it always starts on medium and you have to scroll back through eco to get to high. Otherwise, love the Dyson products.

Surpised to see EARLY reliability issues
This is our 3rd Dyson and we decided to try the factory refurbished unit as we trusted Dyson. During a routine cleaning of a low pile carpet, one of the wheels of the large rotor brush attachment, one of the two “wheels” on each side of the pivot hinge just fell off. Upon close inspection, it appears as though this wheel was glued on? Either way, the unit is used to clean a small 750 square foot apartment with wood floors and should NOT have broken based on our past experience with Dyson products. I would NOT recommend buying any refurbished products from Dyson. Not sure how this was overlooked during a refurbishment? And certainly don’t understand how it could break this easily? Has the quality or reliability standards changed at Dyson?

This is my first Dyson and from all the hype I was expecting some life-changing difference from every other vacuum I’ve ever owned. I was sorely disappointed. I’ve had better stick vacs that cost a quarter of the price I paid for this one. It does a GREAT job on rugs but is practically useless on hard floors. Idk who buys a stick vac for carpet only, as they’re usually marketed more for hard floor cleaning. Even on the highest suction, it sends kitty litter at Mach 3 in the opposite direction rather than sucking it up. And this is with the long stick attachment! I spend more time chasing the stuff it blows away than if I just used a broom to start with.Also, whoever designed the emptying mechanism on this vacuum has obviously never emptied a vacuum before. You have to take off the attachments… Do yourself a favor and buy literally any other vacuum.3 stars only because of how well it works on rugs.
