Why did I not find the charging cable and remote control after opening the package?
The charging cable and remote control are stored inside the diffuser’s water tank. You need to open the top cover of the diffuser to access them.
Does the package include a power adapter?
No, the package does not include a power adapter, but it does come with a USB charging cable approximately 39.37 inches long. You must use your own power adapter (rated at 5V/2A or higher) with the diffuser.
Why doesn’t the diffuser work when plugged in?
This is caused by the machine operating at too low a current. Be sure to use a regular 5V2A power adapter.
Why did the diffuser stop working after a couple of fill ups?
Please make sure to avoid letting water flow into the air vents when adding water so that the machine does not work due to water ingress.
Can I use the diffuser without adding essential oils?
Sure. You can also use it as a humidifier without adding essential oils.

Hard pass on buying.
Looked great for a couple days but the plastic top melted. Not from heat but some kind of chemical reaction. It just turned liquid and not from heat. It stopped working. As cool as it looks it’s not worth the trouble and health issues that can come from it.

Don’t waste your money!
This is junk! I ordered one for my mother because I thought it would brighten up her room in an assisted living facility. What a joke. Maybe I missed it, but there is no electrical cord. The enclosed cord is USB-C with the other end USB-A. She doesn’t even have a computer! I understand that I can buy an adapter, but the cord is so short that I would have to buy an extension cord as well. There are no written directions…one just has to figure it out on your own. It is just not worth the hassle for me to set it up and for her to maintain it! I’m returning it.

This is so misleading, it always has to be plugged in. They say charging cable it’s charging nothing looks great works great, but don’t look for portability disappointed they need to be clearer in their descriptions.

Remote control doesn’t work.
The remote control on this product will not work. You can’t use the product without the remote. I even bought a new battery for it. Still doesn’t work. So disappointing!

I have ordered two of these items and the diffusers and the mist are the absolute worst! The mist only comes out for a few minutes then stops, and the diffusers barely work at all.
