Great machine at a great price
Please see update at the end of this section. Works great, but is a bit complicated for this 72 year old male. I will accept complete responsibility for that. Most folks will probably have no problem. I tend to shut down if I have a problem with modern stuff! Does not come with a manual. I had to have my son get it operational. But it does work great, cleans nicely, is well made. This is my second Eufy. The first is an 11X Max which also works great. Got it 8 months ago and was overwhelmingly impressed. Run it twice a day most days. It radically changed the cleanliness of our house. We have a 90 pound Weimaraner that sheds a lot and brings dirt in on his paws. The hair and dust were reduced by 98%. Decided I wanted to get one with a mop function and I believe I am going to be very happy with the Omni C20, and Eufy overall. Update: After using it for a few weeks, I have come to realize it isn’t right for my situation. Everything I said before is still accurate, and it is a fine machine. But my house is too small and has too many obstacles for this machine to operate properly. I am going back to using my original eufy because it moves randomly rather than in mapped straight lines, and therefore sweeps more of the area. I have a second living space downstairs where I will place the Omni C20. It is much more open and unrestricted and the Omni C20 should work better there. In summation, the Omni C20 appears to be a great machine in areas where there is minimal furniture or other obstacles in the middle of the room.

This vac & mop is the only way to go!
I can’t comment on longevity, but Daggum it works amazingly!!! I ordered this for myself for Christmas because my previous robot vacuum was doing awful after only 6-8 months! A friend has this particular one and she loves it so I decided on Black Friday sale I would give it a shot.Wow! It did so well, quick, quiet, and a spectacular job! The app took a bit to get used to, but now it’s set and I don’t have to think about it.I have a border collie and two cats, it doesn’t even blink at all the fur, and the mop mode is great, it will go back to base and clean its mop pads when needed and go back to work. After it’s done it cleans the pads and drys them!Support has been super nice and helpful, I think this one is going to be a great fit for our family.

Does its job well
Fantastic at cleaning. It is an utter work horse so far. That being said it gets stuck on every cord in existence and when it gets stuck it gets really stuck.I have 2 cats and a shepherd, so the fur never ends. The only place I see hair in the whole house is the stairs.It has also been maintenance free aside from swapping the garbage bag and changing water. My previous vaccuum didnt have a station to deposit and it would fill daily and I would have to pull the rollers out and clean with a knife to get them functional again.The mopping function is famtastic and I could never go back. I went from wearing shoes to barefoot.Also based on what others have said. I can see the lack of navigational intelligence which is mildly frustration. However, it is much cheaper than the same vaccuum with those features so its a cost benefit analysis.Setup was very easy and the app is well designed for this vaccuum. It is confusing more because of the complexity of the device than because the ui is poorly designed.As time goes on and if I remember I will update this as I see its long term viability.

Excellent Robot Vacuum, Especially for the Price
I have been an iRobot Roomba buyer since 2007. My last Roomba bit the dust this month, and I did a ton of research before buying a replacement. I went with the Eufy for a few reasons: price point, cleaning power, quietness, and sleek design.Price: Very reasonable. Almost reasonable enough that I’d consider getting another one for my second floor. For now I’ll just carry it upstairs.Cleaning power: This thing sucks… It’s suction is much stronger than my Roombas have had. It picks up so much dust and pet hair. We do a full vacuum every other week with my Dyson, so I think of the robot vacuum as a supplemental vacuum. I was shocked at how much was in the dustbin after it’s inaugural cleaning! The picture attached to this is from that cleaning. It also gets a ton of dust in the little dust filter. In one of the video reviews I watched, the reviewer said it didn’t pick up anything in that dust filter… So maybe my carpet is particularly dusty, because it has a thick layer after each cleaning.Quietness: I work from my home office, and this thing is quiet enough that I don’t even turn it off during conference calls. This might be the thing I am most impressed with. My last Roomba was LOUD– you couldn’t even have a conversation with someone in the same room, let alone someone on speakerphone.Sleek design: I love/hate this. It definitely looks modern and cool, and more like an art piece than an appliance, but it shows all my finger prints, and now I keep a glasses cleaning cloth nearby so I can rub it down. I suppose if I only use the remote and never pick it up, this won’t be an issue.A few considerations: I was hoping to find a robot vacuum that wouldn’t eat my carpets’ tassels, but I don’t think that vacuum exists. I have only used the Eufy 4 times so far, and it doesn’t always get its brushes wrapped around the long tassels, but it does sometimes. It seems to realize it sooner than my Roomba did at least. The Roomba would sometimes rip gobs of them off in a single cleaning. I try to tuck them under the edge of the rug and that doesn’t seem to bother Eufy. It has pulled off probably 2 tassels so far.The cleaning pattern seems pretty random. I saw some other vacuums that chart out complex maps of your home, and Eufy doesn’t seem to do that. But, it doesn’t seem to matter, because it still hits every spot in the rooms.I’m a little concerned about durability. My Roombas ran for many, many years with easily replaceable parts. We’ll have to see if Eufy has the same longevity.All in all- I’m very happy with my purchase and definitely recommend it!

I love my ‘Brian’. Super low maintenance with base station. Easy app. Does an excellent job cleaning the floors although doesn’t get right up to the edges and deep corners with the mop. What it does mop it mops very well and the ‘always clean’ mop feature works great. The base station’s vacuum is loud which might be a consideration for anyone wanting to schedule night cleaning. Overall very happy with my Eufy s1.

Tardó mucho más de lo estipulado en el inicio del pedido y hubo unos detalles con la información que asigna Amazon y la paquetería que me generó estrés y mala impresión del vendedor. Sin embargo el vendedor muy amable se comunicó conmigo y me dió datos correctos del envío y la posible fecha de llegada. Super bien embalado, producto nuevo, alta calidad. If you have a lot of hardwood floors I really think this is the robot vacuum and mop combo for you. The unique roller mop is a huge upgrade from the usual dual rotating mops found on most other robo mops which tend to leave swirl marks on your hardwood.
