Great Value for a Secondary Vacuum
We picked this up as a secondary vacuum so we wouldn’t have to lug our heavier one up and down the stairs—and it’s been a great decision. For a budget-friendly option, it performs surprisingly well. It’s lightweight, easy to maneuver, and simple to empty and clean. Perfect for quick cleanups or tackling a second floor without the hassle. Definitely worth it if you’re looking for a solid backup vacuum.

Small (light) but as mighty as old trusty!!
Woww I am shocked at how well this works. I am very happy with my purchase. I have had an old trusty brand for about 10 years and I love it, but everything started breaking on it, it was still cleaning just the handles were breaking, anyways I was sad to even have to buy a new one and now I’m happy I did. Old trusty was great but this is light weight and has the same power. I wish I would have bought this when I was pregnant. My only complaint is the cord isn’t as long.Another huge bonus is my old one had a soft pad to clean at top of cylinder, this one I can completely clean with air compressor.

Good vacuum with one significant design flaw
As others have stated, powerful suction on this vacuum. Reasonably lightweight and has a nice wide vacuuming face to make quick work of carpet cleaning. I’m docking it a star for what I view as a design flaw that could have been easily avoided:The beater bar on this model does not have a switch to disable it when using the detachable hose and hose accessories. It’s still spinning. The instructions say to raise the rug height adjustment knob fully to “high carpet” setting to avoid having the brush hit the floor. Yeah, well I found out the hard way that the brush is still spinning with a powerful force; I inadvertently bumped or pulled the upright vacuum while using the hose and didn’t notice that it ran over the cord. Took all of ten seconds to completely shred the power cord right down to the bare hot wire. Another two seconds and surely I would have blown a fuse. Patently unsafe…Eureka needs to fix this. Otherwise, no complaints.

GREAT VACUUM
I am delighted with this vacuum. Not only was the price incredible for the product, it is very easy for me to assemble. It is powerful, works beautifully, is light weight and easy to maneuver, the attachments are on the vacuum and disposal of the debris it picks up is easy. If you’re in the market and especially don’t want to spend a fortune on a new vacuum, this is a great choice.

Cleaned the house in half the time — pleasantly surprised!
I bought this vacuum a few weeks ago and I’ve got to say — I’m impressed. It’s surprisingly lightweight (I’m not worried about lugging it upstairs anymore), but it still has really good suction. It handled both the hardwood floors and the thicker carpet in my living room without me switching machines. The height-adjust dial is a nice touch.Assembly was quick, the accessories (crevice tool, dusting brush, upholstery) are handy for corners/furniture, and emptying the dust cup is simple. Only minor thing: the cord could be a little longer for my big open space, but that’s not a deal-breaker. Overall — good value and solid pick for everyday use. Would recommend if you’re looking for a reliable vacuum that doesn’t feel like dragging a boulder.

This is such a great purchase for the money. I have a cordless vacuum, but wanted a back up when that one dies and this one is perfect. The suction is amazing and really does a great job of getting everything off of the carpet. I have pets and vacuum almost daily with them. This vacuum had held up great. Very easy to assemble.

Stop working after two year warranty
We purchased this Eureka vacuum cleaner for our carpet and hard floor. It worked perfectly for the past two years. Recently, it stopped picking up dirt from our carpet and floors. I had vacuum cleaners over the years. This one isn’t the greatest; only use it if you plan to use it for 2 years. I would not recommend purchasing this product.

Okay I’ll be honest, at first I was sceptical because I’d not heard of the brand before and the price point was so good. When it was delivered I definitely got a look from my partner about this random vacuum I bought off Amazon lol. HOWEVER, it took all of 3 minutes to put together and read the instruction papers, we then immediately gave it a go and let me tell you, this did not disappoint. We had a shark vacuum prior to this that crapped out on us after 2 years, I think it really struggled with the fur and dirt produced by our 3 fur babies. So something a little more heavy duty with good suction was a must.My partner and I were SHOCKED at how much dirt and fur this thing yanked out of the shag rug in our living room. I kind of wish I had taken a picture, it was that much. All doubt was gone after the first use, this is the real deal.I like that the height of the head can be adjusted for the type of surface you’re using it on, I think the people saying it’s difficult to push just may be forgetting to adjust it. The suction is obviously fantastic, and it’s very easy to take the container out to dispose of the dirt and clean it out. The one negative about it is the hose length- it needs to be longer! I was leaning down using the crevice tool and the vacuum fell on my head haha. So, needs much more length to actually be practical for use.I’ve used it several times since and can honestly say I’m still totally amazed by how much crap this pulls out of the rugs, I feel like we’ve been living in squalor this whole time and didn’t even know it, deceived by our old vacuum. Get this!

Lo único es que ya llevo 3 con esta, sacan hasta el alma en las alfombras, eso me encanta, y más que tengo un peroo y 3 gatos y pelos hay hasta donde no se imaginan, así que casi diario lo tengo que hacer, lo que si es que salen ya muy delicadas, cuidado si te salen piedras, fierros como algún tornillo, o algo parecido porque es cuando el motor empieza a dañarse y no hay manera de arreglarlas, las hacen casi casi desechables, es una pena porque Eureka por años ha tenido fama de muy buenas aspiradoras, solo cuidenla mucho no es para uso rudo.

Powerful, affordable vacuum! Immediately after vacuuming our carpet with our old vacuum we tried the Eureka – amazing results as the Eureka picked up a lot more dirt! Highly recommended! One suggested improvement would be to add a light to this vacuum, otherwise a perfect product.
