Disapointed!!!
I had two top poles that screw onto the middle would not tighten being stripped. I tried screwing them to other poles but they were still stripped … etc. I then tried too contact support to get two new upper poles but their so-call “get support” on Amazon is idiotic. For you have no way to really contact the company! I’m very angry about that!!! I well continue to try or contact Amazon for a refund or something … I’m not going to pack this up to ship back this junk. Tried wrapping painter tape and it worked to some degree, but I don’t like this solution, I rather have new pole that fit correctly!!! Very poor support and do not recommend this product or the company that sells it!!!Update … I was able to contact support and they shipped me new poles. Support gets an A for trying to fix it. But 2 new problem arose. Once you unscrew a pole its no good to screw back on, it too will be stripped. So if you have to move don’t plan on dissembling it. Then one of the handles on the drawer broke and it too will not screw back on, which I can easily replace, but sorry to say I can’t recommend this product!

Not happy
If I could give this item zero stars I would. I put this up in my bedroom and it was working fine until the anti tip broke and it didn’t seem stable anymore. I tried to use another one and it broke again. I’m not happy at all. I finally got fed up with it and took it down.

The Bet Garment Rack Ever!!
This is the best piece of furniture I’ve ever bought! It was easy to assemble – took about an hour (maybe) It is so functional OMG!! Its’ very sturdy without being so heavy – easy to move! Has everything organized for you just set your things up how you want it!! – I LOVE IT!!!! I would DEF buy this again for another room and IAM going to look for other pieces that this brand sales. OH the Price Point is Great for the Money!

Poor customer service
2 shelves came damaged. Reached out to the seller but seller didn’t respond. Ofcourse after you put it together there is no way I will be taking it apart to return. Once assembled the product is pretty sturdy. Look over instruction and thing where would you like the hooks before assembly. Instructions show it facing the wall which doesn’t make sence.

Measurements are incorrect
I would have given this more stars, however due to inaccurate measurements I gave it 3. In the product description it states that is 56.62 inches in length, therefore I purchased it to fit in my space which was 59 inches. Once I put it together and it didn’t fit, I measured it and it’s actually closer to 61 inches in length. I measured between the outside of the two end poles. Luckily I was able to place it in another space, however not the original space I needed it for. I do like the product, it is fairly easy to put together, just be careful of your measurements before you buy this.

Excelente calidad del producto. Es muy resistente, los soportes son ajustables a tus necesidades. En mi caso hay un tercer tubo para colgar más ropa, pero decidí no ponero ya que los dos tubos de en medio son suficientes para la ropa que necesito colgar.Es fácil de armar ya que el manual viene paso por paso y muy bien explicado.
