this mat is huge! great for kitties that like to bolt out of the litter box lol they get litter sooo far from the box its insane. this is cute and functional. the fold lines relaxed after a few weeks. sturdy, good quality and useful to dump all that loose litter back into the box. easy cleanup. id recommend.

They help maybe a little. That might be due to the litter I use being quite fine and light. They might work better with a heavier litter. I bought the double pack of 24″ x 18″. They’re flimsier than I imagined. They come folded and you’re supposed to put a heavy object on them for 24 hours…I did that for 3 days. They are not flat. They are still buckled on top. I will continue to use them because of the amount of track-out my two cats cause. I think they are trying to jump over or at least run over the mats. They are lined up lengthwise in a narrow path next to a water heater. Hopefully they will get used to them and slow down. I think I may have to purchase an additional mat for that to happen, maybe a different brand. The ridiculous things we do…

Works Exactly As Expected
After listening to me complain for over a week about litter tracked all over our kitten’s cage, my hubby surprised me with ordering this to make life easier for us! So glad he did too as it really does make a difference in the amount of litter residue tracked outside the box plus allows any spilled and cleaned litter back into the box, so you waste less product as well.As you can see from the picture, we simply place the mat slightly underneath the entrance/exit of the box so when he comes out from doing his business, the “honeycomb” shapes on the mat help clean off his feet. We have definitely noticed a reduction in the amount of mess & that he has to do less cleaning trying to get stuff litter off his feet since we’ve bought & installed the mat. It is a tad on the small size but we measured his cage area prior to buying so we were aware & it fit exactly as advertised. It came folded over in the shipping bag, so we simply laid it flat with a heavy box on top till it was flat so no issue there. It also had a slight plastic smell but this also disappeared shortly after unbagging it.
