Arrived very nicely packaged. The foam strips made a little tighter fit but not so tight that I could not get it in! 😊 I’ve been using this brand for years.

Best replacement for old Bryant Electronic air cleaner cells
Perfect fit for an old Bryant Electronic air cleaner. I had an electronic air cleaner that constantly had to be cleaned. Well it finally burnt out. I measured both cell units and found this filter fits perfect. It does need a strip of window AC foam put down the metal access door for a perfect airtight fit. The air filter comes with foam on some sides . Now I only have to crawl under the house once a year. Getting too old for this. My furnace is a Goodman with a 20×20 filter which was a pain in the a$$ to change every 4 months.

Not fit Lennox
Does NOT fit Lennox systems. Too wide in 5″ direction. Also, observed fins were somewhat haphazardly attached–not uniform spacing. Seems poor quality manufacturing.

Expensive and a bit rough quality-wise, but does the job
Good: Performs as advertised. The new furnace/AC I had installed a year and a half ago takes these instead of the old-style one-inch-thick filters, and since then the air in my home has been noticeably fresher, with less dust.Bad: For a 3M product, the assembly quality doesn’t impress me. All four of the filters I’ve used to date have had pleats bent and/or crushed up against each other, which would substantially reduce the effective filter area. The pleats are glued in that way, so it isn’t a shipping problem. I have to take a few minutes before installation to massage the filter material back into a reasonable shape. The good news is, although I’ve had to break a few glue dots to get the filter material back into place, it’s sturdy enough to withstand these corrections without tearing. High price even for a premium filter.Ugly: An app? Seriously!?Bottom line: While these filters work and work well, they’ve gone up significantly in price over the past 18 months. I suspect the cost of changing them every three months will have me looking at off-brands next time. Five stars, minus one for the high price.

If you have pets this filter is a must. I have five dogs and this filter was amazing. Costly but well worth it.
