Beautiful, Accurate, Easy to Track BP
I bought this blood pressure monitor because mine has been high with a recent Covid-19 diagnosis and the doctor’s wanted me to keep track in case of a possible blood clot.Many many many of the reviews say it’s not accurate-and it’s been very accurate. It comes with a pamphlet that tells you what to do to take your BP accurately. My guess is that others are not reading the guidelines or have never taken their own/other’s BP before. It’s easy to read, easy to use, and comes with a link to videos that show you exactly how to use it if you are unsure.I love that I can track it on my smartphone. It connects to Apple health. I use my FitBit app more so I’m hoping they will connect it to that user face in the future (I put in a request).When I got it in the mail, the first thing I noticed was how compact it is. It’s sleek and small, which is very helpful for storing it! The cuff is also soft, not stiff like many other blood pressure machines. It comes with diagrams on the cuff for how to line it up on your arm.All things considering, it is excellent and well worth your money! If you register it (like it tells you to in the pamphlet) then it is backed with a 2 year warranty, though I doubt I will need it.

Could be a really great Monitor
I read about this in Wirecutter which said it was the best. I agree that it is very accurate, as it indicated I had VERY high BP, and should see a doctor. I thought it might be defective, but headed to ER to find that it was creeping higher! The rest is a bad memory, but the issue was addressed quickly thanks to this new monitor. I have since been measuring daily and showing the record to my doc. I use the batteries and the measurement is quick and easy. As I mentioned, it has excellent reproducibility…I trust the measurements. I like the carrying case to store the manual and charger. The readability of the display is excellent. My only gripe is that I want to merge the data with Apple Health. This is possible ONLY if you record your settings in the Great Goods app (Balance Health), which must be open when taking your BP. Bad design, as my bathroom scale sends my weight directly to the Health app via bluetooth. If your phone app isn’t handy, the monitor will store the settings and send them to the app at a later time. The app is not very intuitive, but gets the job done. I wish it would let you record a note with the measurement, to indicate med changes or other factors. Otherwise, this is a safe bet if you want an accurate BP monitor.

Consistent, Reliable, and Easy-to-Use
I can’t speak to the longevity of this device, as it was a more recent purchase. I thoroughly researched many options for blood pressure machines but kept returning to this one. It took some adjusting on how the cuff should be positioned to ensure accurate results, but I got the hang of it after a couple initial readings. There’s always going to be fluctuations in results based on who/what is taking the blood pressure, when it’s taken, and a number of other variables. However, I’ve found this to be as consistent and reliable for accuracy as you can find in an at-home device. The large numbers and lit screen make for clear display and interpretation of results. The app has been easy to use, and I like that it syncs with my Apple health app to track everything in one place for identifying patterns and abnormalities. I recommend this.

Works Great!
I don’t understand the problems some (few) seem to have. The monitor works great, is accurate, and works really well with the app. The app keeps a history and it’s very easy to export a spreadsheet of the history. Also works well with batteries or AC. All good and nothing to complain about.

Received today- GREAT value. Didn’t install the app to use Bluetooth for good reason.
This is one of the AMA-approved BP monitors. It inflates pretty slowly (compared to a much larger and heavier Omron that just quit working), but it measures during inflation, then deflates. It can save readings for two users. I was concerned that the cuff wouldn’t fit, but it has room to spare. The only thing I can complain about, and not complain much, is that the hose is kinda’ short, but that’s not much of an issue.I don’t install apps unless I am very sure they’re not sending my data over the Internet. So I didn’t install (Android) the app for this: “Balance Health”. There’s no technical reason it can’t be sent to the smartphone, tablet, etc. and be stored locally with NO data going to the Internet from the app.Update: Looks like the tariffs have kicked-in. It’s almost doubled in price, but I would still buy it (and might need a second one for a loved-one).

Works great, good value
This is a very nice kit. The inflatable cuff, tubes and connections are all better quality than I expected. The base unit has big, easy to read display. We especially like that it saves a log of readings for 2 people. Bonus that it’s compact, portable and rechargeable batteries.
