A favorite in our house
This toy has been a hit with my cats. It’s always a gamble getting any cat toy and hoping they’ll like it, so I was concerned about this one, but they’ve had a similar type of toy in the past and enjoyed it. I put it away at night (because I’m afraid my orange guy might chew off the string and then eat it), and I can tell both cats are waiting for me to take it out for them when I get up the next day.I love the way this toy is designed compared to similar types of toys. There are two layers of fabric with the moving parts in between, so the arm doesn’t get tangled up in the fabric. The irregular pattern of the toy makes it more like a hide-and-seek game, which keeps them entertained. I appreciate that it’s rechargeable, that it has multiple modes, and that I can turn off the mouse squeaking sound if I need to. All in all, this is one of the best cat toys I’ve found in years. Hopefully they keep playing with it for a long time to come.

Awesome product for a bored cat!
Very awesome toy to help cure a cat’s boredom! Toy has two different sides for different colors. The feather works very well as an incentive for my cat to chase it. The string at the end acts like a mouse tail as it flops about. The fabric seems to be durable and will likely last a long time without ripping or shredding. The motor has a few different functions that keep things entertaining for your cat! I had to have 2 delivered to my house because the first one’s motor stopped functioning after 24 hours, but I received my replacement very quickly and have had no issues with the new toy’s motor! I am very happy with my purchase!

This Toy is a Must-Have for Indoor Cats!
I am completely in love with this toy—it has been an absolute game changer for our indoor cats! The activity level has shot up, and both of my cats absolutely love playing with it. It’s a great size, not too big, and it is super lightweight, which makes it easy for them to bat around and for the toy itself to move quickly. The functionality is fantastic; it holds a really good charge, and I love the different stand-by mode options it has, which helps keep the fun going without running down the battery too fast. This toy is constantly on at our house, and it is definitely worth the purchase! We haven’t had to worry about ease of cleaning yet since it seems well-made, and the fact that it keeps my cats so active is a huge win. If you have indoor cats, you need this!

This one is a game changer for my cat.
My cat has absolutely fallen in love with this toy. It took a few days and I almost gave up on it as she originally was scared. Once she gotten over being scared, it’s turned into a daily routine. I love that she can turn this on herself and a single charge lasts over a week and she plays with it for hours a day. The string has handled quite a chewing and they provided a secondary replacement as well. The material holds up to her claws and biting fantastically. The “mouse” sound to me is closer to a monkey, but she seems to enjoy it with or without the sound, its more about the movement. I actually have to put this toy up at night as I’ve gotten tired of being woken up in the middle of the night by her playing with it so much. Great toy, will absolutely buy again.

My elderly parents adopted an 8 year old female Maine Coon from a kill shelter. As the cat is far more active than they can accommodate, I’ve been looking for ways to help them keep it occupied with minimal effort.This toy worked just as it is supposed to with different levels of activity and was touch sensitive in the interactive mode. Unfortunately, my parents Maine Coon was only interested in it for about an hour or so.I kept it away from her for a few days, set it up again and she just wanted to watch it, not interact with it. She did this for a about 15 minutes before walking away and could care less when I set it up a few times more.What the toy does is run a wand with a feather around a nylon based enclosure which makes scratching noises as the wand moves in various ways. When it’s in interactive mode, the nylon is pressure sensitive and when the cat pounces the wand reacts.Every now and then it will emit a squeaking noise, which to me is loud, unrealistic and may affect your cats interest in it. If it squeaked when in interactive mode and pounced on, things may be different for another cat.If you purchase one of these I would suggest two things:Set it up and let your cat get used to it before turning it on.I set it up powered it up and turned it on. While the Maine Coon was intrigued, she was scared of it at first. When I shut it off and let her check it out before turning it on again, she was calmer and more interested.Unfortunately I had to return this toy due to lack of interest from the Maine Coon.5 stars on the operation and performance. It does exactly what it is advertised to do and is rechargeable.4 stars because some cats may become bored in a short time or be scared of it.Tips I’ve learned over the years…If your cat likes this or any other toy, don’t leave it out where they can get at it all the time. Some will get bored with the toy.Keep the toy hidden when not in use for a few days/weeks then pull it out occasionally.I’ve learned to do this with a few of my parents cats over the years. When the cat would try to find the toy, they would get excited if they knew where I was going to get it and go crazy when they got it or even try to get it themselves when in the mood.
