Finally found a clean protein bar I like
These are one of the best protein bars I’ve found taste and texture wise. They stand up well so I can keep one in my purse so I have one when I’m the go. Clean ingredients. Just the right amount of sweetness containing just stevia. No hidden sugars or artificial sweeteners. Peanut Butter Chocolate Chip are my favorite so far. The Almond Chocolate Chip tastes off to me and the Chocolate Sea Salt left a tingly feeling in my mouth yet none of the ingredients should have caused any reactions. Weird.

Could be better, but still a good option for GF keto
For a keto gluten free food bar, I won’t say great, but they’re good. At least the chocolate flavor, I also like the coconut chocolate chip flavor. Unfortunately the other flavors are rather lackluster. My only issue other than lack of variety that I like, is that I’d really prefer that they didn’t put in whatever little crunchy chunks they do. They are not really a pleasant texture and kind of take away from the experience they’re more like peppercorn texture than rice crispy texture. I have noticed that some batches have more or less of these, which is a bit suspect in terms of consistency of nutritional value. All that said, I still like them, just wish they were better.

Delicious protein bars
Love these bars as a low-sugar snack option. The Chocolate Sea Salt and Chocolate Mint Chip flavors taste like a darker chocolate treat without being overly sweet, and they keep me full for a while thanks to the 12g of plant protein. Ingredients are clean, and I like the added “brain nutrients” as a bonus. The texture is a bit dense/chewy, but that’s typical for protein bars and not a dealbreaker. Overall, great choice if you want something healthy and satisfying on the go.

I have eaten low carb bars for breakfast for years, but I decided to try a bar that is healthier. IQ bar has less mystery products I can’t pronounce, no seed oils. But the word natural ingredients concerns me. High in fiber and protein and low in sugar was a must. Plus this bar tastes good. The mint chocolate chip is my favorite. This bar keeps me full in the morning. The downside is the price and it is not Bobby approved. Over $2.00 per bar.
