Life pro products are great
Love the Lifepro products. Second message gun since the ex took the last one. Bought a Lifepro massage plate also. Both are great for aches and pains or just relaxing the muscles at night after a long day of work or exercising.

Everything was as described. Great design and weight to the item. Very maneuverable and functional. More than enough massage head choices. Wide range of power/speed to meet every need. Quiet. Fast charge time. Good battery life on a charge. Comfortable in the hand. The results of using this item are life-changing for me, as I’m dealing with spinal stenosis and a spine fusion surgery that brought on some lower leg and feet neuropathy. The carry case is very nice, included, and convenient. Manual easy to understand. I can’t imagine why anyone would pay more, or WHAT they’d get that’d justify a bigger investment in this level of massage gun. This one has it all. I called customer service to ask a question, (after hours) and got the voicemail. I didn’t leave a message. Just hung up and was going to try in their indicated hours. But first thing in the morning THEY called ME, left a message AND texted ME asking what I need! And said that they’re there for me to help! Wow! best customer service I’ve ever experienced. AND a lifetime warranty?!?!? These people are serious about their business. I’m a very satisfied customer. I definitely recommend this product and this company.

More than I thought I was getting in a good way.
Bought it as a replacement for a heavy duty massage gun. Ok, I got way more than I asked for. Didn’t know it had a heated head and was quite surprised at the quality and lifetime warranty. Works like a dream and most guns I can max out on their settings but this one made me humble. Worth the time and effort if you are feeling sheepish and need a reason to buy. This is it.

Good product, but didn’t fix my upper right back pain.
This product works like I expected, but unfortunately, it didn’t fix the pain I have in under my right shoulder blade. With that said though, I will recommend the product. It functions as I expected and I’m confident that it will be helpful for sore muscles, I think it just can’t get at my problem area. It hurts a little when used on bone, especially my spine, which my wife keeps hitting, but you get what you pay for. When I complain, she says “oops” and moves on. The battery lasts a long time and the only attachment I really like is the ball, but I’m sure there are good uses for all the other attachments if someone knows how best to use them.

Great massage gun at a surprisingly low price
I love this massage gun! I’ve purchased a LOT of massage devices and pain relief/recovery tools and gadgets (including two other percussion guns) over the years to help manage a connective tissue disorder with intense muscle spasms. Not all of my purchases have worked out. I’m happy to say the Sonic Pro is the real deal–and at a surprisingly low price. This kind of percussion is particularly helpful with my myofascial and muscle pains.Before discovering Lifepro, I had borrowed a friend’s more expensive massage gun (she paid more than 3X the price for a competing brand.) I like everything about my Sonic Pro so much better!! It’s easier to hold onto with a non-slip grip handle. It comes in a compact storage case with an impressive selection of easily interchangeable heads, although I’ve settled on mostly two or three of my own favorites for targeted relief. And it’s the quietest massage gun I’ve tried, without sacrificing the power of more expensive models. The Sonic Pro is intense enough for my roommate’s thick “soccer muscles” and my own super spasms (My chiropractor jokes that I’m the “woman of steel!”) but its lower settings are still effective for more tender areas. I like the wider range of 15 incremental settings–instead of just high/medium/low–and the digital timer function. Tip: besides adjusting power or pressure, changing the massage heads can alter perceived intensity. We took turns using it pretty regularly every day for five days before it needed to be recharged. The only thing I would probably change is the “beep” when you adjust the settings.I did a lot of research before choosing Lifepro. With so many competing products on the market, it’s really hard to tell them apart from just pictures. I’ve purchased several other health and wellness items from Lifepro and have been truly impressed with my products and the way Lifepro actively supports them. Right out of the box I could tell the Sonic Pro is another quality product, and it has exceeded my expectations so far.

LifePro Support Is Great – CHECK IF A RESELLER IS SELLING A USED ONE BEFORE PURCHASING
Check who is the seller on this item carefully! I thought I was buying a NEW LifePro Sonic Pro with my HSA money. HOWEVER, I was sold a USED LifePro Sonic Pro that I bought with my HSA money. It didn’t even come with a charger. The battery button to remove the battery doesn’t work. There was light cosmetic damage on the side of the massage gun and the face plate seemed wonky. I still didn’t realize that I bought it used, so I reached out to LifePro and they were amazing and sent me a charger. The charger arrived two days ago; I charged the massage gun and went to use it in the morning. Within a 30 minute session the battery drained 50%. I also couldn’t get the heat function to work. I would turn it on via the face plate and then it would blink and shut off.I am going to return this one because it’s absolutely an abomination that an Amazon reseller was allowed to sell me this and I used my HSA money on it. I WILL buy a brand new one from LifePro though. The 30 minutes I was able to use it I really liked it! The attachments were really cool and I liked the pressure options a lot.I do recommend, but BE CAREFUL WITH WHO IS SELLING THIS. I should have known just by how it arrived (see photo)
