So when I spotted the new flavors – Acai Berry, Lemon Cashew Matcha, and Salted Peanut Chocolate (the current household favorite) – I ordered immediately.Here’s why the Acai Berry Bites stand out:1. No date overload. Most date-based snacks sound and look great on the package, but taste like someone mashed up bland raisins, nuts, and sugar into a bar or mold. Not here. These taste fresh and balanced – fruity without being overly sweet.2. Big flavor punch. Each bite bursts with bright, tangy berry flavor – like real, refreshing fruit – paired perfectly with crunchy almonds.3. Texture perfection. No mushy, “play-dough” vibe. THESE ARE FREAKING AMAZING!!!!
I absolutely LOVE THESE! I got the “CACAO GOJI” flavor and they are GRRRREAT! I like the fact that they are not over sweet. I love the texture. They were VERY FRESH (I was worried about that)! They also smell so nice and natural! (No Hershey’s in THESE!…) I just love everything about them! Gosh I hope they don’t sell out to General Mills or something like that… (Although, I don’t really blame people selling their companies for over $200 million… It’s hard living in America – financially!)They SEEM a bit pricey, but really it’s worth it. When you think of all the work and fine ingredients that goes into making these, under $10 is brilliant.

Good quality, poor quantity
The quality of the product is great. The texture and flavor are wonderful. The price point however for the small amount you receive is not great. I haven’t re-ordered this because of the high price tag.

Healthy ingredients but lacking in taste appeal.
I have used other Navitas products and always found their products to be top quality. Always interested in finding new healthy products, I ordered one bag of these organic snack squares. They are just “OK”. We will eat this package but not order them again. They have a slightly bitter taste when you first bite into them: Not so much so that they are inedible, but there isn’t enough actual “flavor” in these little squares to make me want to buy them again.The other reason for not ordering them again is that a one ounce serving (3 squares, more or less) has only 3 grams of protein and I prefer a higher protein content in my occasional snacks. My fault for not checking the ingredients more carefully before ordering. As far as the list of ingredients goes, other reviewers have commented that there is very little Goji powder in these squares. That was not a personal concern, as I don’t consider powdered versions of much of anything to be anywhere close to whole foods in nutritional value.I am happy that Amazon has such a vast selection of healthy food and that some things, like this bag of snack squares, are available by the “each” so we can continue to try things – and to find some new items that really please us. I just wish this product had been more tasty and a bit higher in protein.

Tasty and not too sweet. I like the flavor and the texture. I found that they taste a little like a fig newton. I’m not a fan of treats being overly sweet so I appreciated this. I love the light crunch of the nuts.
