Helps a lot!
This made a major difference in how much litter our cat tracks out of the box. It doesn’t eliminate it completely but it definitely helps a lot. He is 11.3 lb and kind of long and stretchy shaped, and he gets in and out through the opening with this installed in it just fine.

This Should’ve Came with the Litter Box
Easy to attach to the entrance. Does not completely stop litter from being kicked out, but really reduces the amount. This should’ve came with the kit, to be honest. It makes the entrance noticeably smaller, but my large 15 pounder can still get in and out easily.

Very helpful for diggers and side pee
Two of my cats are diggers and can spend ten minutes “covering” their poop, and I have a cat who lifts their butt in the air to pee. For both of these reasons, I’ve always used a top entry litter box to avoid spills out of the box. This does the trick for the robot! If you’re concerned about needing all high sides for your litter box, the cats kind of step down to get into it so it’s a little deeper than you think. Adding this to the entry worked for my cats, and we’ve never gotten away with less than 12” on all sides of the litter box before.

Should have been included with PetKit PuraMax
It’s a bit expensive for what it is, but helps my kittens keep the sand mostly in the robobox now and matches the aesthetic of the PuraMax. Easy to install and remove, bonus our kitties weren’t bothered by it at all!

Worked like a charm
My cat was not all the way in the Petkit Pura Max box, so urine was leaking down the front underneath the globe. This keeps him in the box with that little extra lip on the entrance, so no more issues. It snaps easily into place and works like a charm. It took awhile to figure out it was not the lining leaking, but my cat uses the box. He’s not the brightest star in the sky, but he’s cute.

Keeps some cat litter in the box
It keeps some of the cat litter in the box, but my cat still gets some of it outside of the box. This should be included with the litter box. It’s an expensive small piece of plastic.
