If you like a rice crispy treat, this is for you.
Best Bars! I’ve tried all brands and these are the best. They are light and easy to carry so I always have one in my bag. I’m not a great eater but now must eat something in the morning to take pills. They help me do that. I’m going for high protein, low calories, low sugar. Check. Check. Check. Sometimes I eat two a day. My weight has stabilized, I have more energy and I feel better. It even helps my digestion. I like all of the flavors. Favorites are chocolate chip, coconut and vanilla. People say they are dry and I get that, but I enjoy it with my morning tea or water. It reminds me to drink more water. If you like a rice crispy treat, this is for you.

Falls apart.
I ordered the birthday cake flavor. I agree with other reviewers that they’re really dry but I didn’t think the bar would fall apart as I tried eating it. Even if I liked it, there’s no way I could eat this on the go which is what I intended to do. There’s also too much of a milky taste. My husband didn’t even like it. Amazon should allow returns when a product basically falls apart.

Over 20 years using protein products and this one is a game changer.
First I want to say: if you compare ANY high quality protein bar/supplement to things like fad “recovery” bars or vegan “protein cookies” from the gas station, you should first turn your attention to the ingredients list.This product doesn’t suffer at all from the absence of a barrage of ingredients only chemical engineers can pronounce. I was hesitant to buy it based on a few comments that mentioned it was dry, had no taste, etc. I would firmly disagree, though I understand everyone’s experience is subjective. Here’s what I would say…One of my favorite bars prior to this has been Big colossals apple pie bar. However, I get this only because they are widely available and I am always bothered by the ingredients and sugar. These have the same great crunch texture, much like a rice Krispy as one reviewer mentioned. It’s perfectly sweet, has a balanced flavor and the ingredients are so much better. It is a higher price point per ounce, but you get what you pay for. Also, the bars I was eating were about 390 calories for for 30g protein with a good bit of added sugar. Eating 2 of these (weight would be about the same as one big colossal) is 300 calories and 30g protein (amazing for a bar and I think the lightest I’ve had yet).Overall- better ingredients by a landslide, refreshingly new taste and a great texture. If want your protein bar to taste like a candy bar (why I don’t know),these may not be for you. But if you want a guilt-free, protein packed, low calorie snack to hit that sweet tooth, or to double up for a quick breakfast these are great. 👌One add on is that I’ve been eating protein bars for over 15 years. Most are very chewy or have so much sugar/Splenda they are sickeningly sweet. The ones that try to be candy crunch bars are a dime a dozen(Gatorade, Alani nu, fitcrunch, even metrx). If you haven’t had many to compare, that’s what you are missing. There’s something for everyone but if you are turning up your commitment to macros and generally healthier ingredients , these are the way to go.

One of the best protein snacks out there
These are delicious and addictive.I like the protein content, and they have less fat and lower sugar than other protein snacks.The texture is crispy-crunchy, with a bit of chew, but mostly crunchy. If you’re expecting a Rice Krispies treat, you might be disappointed, but ProMix protein puffs aren’t junk food! They’re healthy and taste great. Just don’t buy them thinking they’re something they’re not. I liked them the first time I tried them, and I noticed myself liking them more, and even craving them.They don’t smell bad, but they don’t smell wonderful either. The smell also depends on the flavor. Regardless, they taste really good!Madagascar vanilla (or “vanilla”) and chocolate chip are my favorite flavors, but strawberry and blueberry are quite tasty as well. The vanilla is very vanilla. The chocolate chip is more of a mellow chocolate flavor, until you bite into a chip, which gives you a wee burst of chocolate. I could go for a few more chocolate chips in them, but I’m happy and will buy them just as they are. The berry flavored ones remind me of something I can’t quite put my finger on… maybe the strawberry is a little like nestle quick strawberry milk?Once I got the French vanilla by mistake… those were too sweet for me, but a friend with a sweet tooth liked them.If I could request a flavor, it would be Madagascar vanilla with chocolate chips. Then I’d really be addicted though. As it is, I could snack on these all day, but that would be an expensive habit.

Good ingredients, but disappointing flavor
I got the variety pack as this was my first time getting these protein puff bars and I wanted to try each flavor, as well as enjoying variety. I was enticed to try these as was looking for a bar with no grain and as low net carbs as possible. These are the only protein bars I’ve found on Amazon that fit my criteria.Unfortunately, the only flavor I really enjoyed was blueberry. It has real blueberries and fresh-tasting flavor. Strawberry just has a few bits of strawberry snd lacks flavor. Vanilla tastes more like plain marshmallow. Chocolate chip includes cocoa flavored marshmallow, but also lacked full flavor. It was also dry, as were all of them to some extent. Blueberry was the least dry, probably due to the real blueberries in it. I wish they had a variety pack with the other flavors they have, but there isn’t on Amazon. I chose to order the Chocolate Mint bar as it seemed to have the best ingredients of the remaining flavors, so I hope I like them…

I love the taste of these and the ingredients are so good and clean! I have to really stop myself from eating multiple a day. Totally worth the money with that taste and those macros!

Texture was unpleasant but good mint taste
It tasted like mint but had the texture of chewing on styrofoam and made my mouth feel extremely dry. I had one bite and didn’t make it to the second bite. I was not a fan – 2 stars because the mint flavor is actually very nice. I was hoping it would more similar in texture to Mezcla protein bars but this was disappointing.Not sure what to do with the remaining bars in the box.
