Good one
I have been using these resistance bands for a couple of weeks now, and they have made my home workouts much easier and more effective. The set includes everything: five bands with different resistance levels, handles, a door anchor, and protective sleeves. So it’s simple to mix up exercises for arms, legs, and core. The quality feels solid, and the handles are comfortable even during long sessions. I also like that the bands don’t snap back harshly, which makes them feel safer to use. They are easy to store in the little bag and don’t take up much space. The only thing I would improve is the door anchor – it works fine, but a slightly thicker padding would make it feel more secure. Overall, it’s a great value for anyone who wants to stay consistent with workouts at home.

Resistance curve feels different
I got these bands because I decided a loop style band would allow for minimum required accessories for use and TPE doesn’t smell like latex rubber. I like the idea of using bands for exercises with resistance similar to a cable machine but these have a different resistance feel. The quality of the handles, sleeve covers, and door anchor are ok. I bare hand grip a band more than I use the handles or sleeve covers. I’d prefer carabiners that don’t bunch up the webbing or have an odd angled orientation. Overall I am mostly satisfied with the band set and use them more than I thought I would.I’ve been experimenting with using bands instead of or with free weights for a better resistance curve. Oddly the bands develop better stretch ability during use and will become “stretched out”, longer than the original 42 inches, then later reverting back to normal size. I have tried most of the exercises in their guide but some exercises just don’t get consistent resistance on a full range of motion because I just lack the correct technique in using the band or the resistance curve of the TPE material increases too fast in proportion to the length being stretched. In other words it is easier to stretch a long section than a short section of a band. Might replace these bands with latex rubber bands if the ever wear out or break.

Too complicated. Looking for something easier
The equipment looked great it was just to advanced for me. Im 76 and have some physical issues. I need something simpler for my work outs. The instructions needed further explanation .
