Basic food processor. Works like a charm. My sister who is chef said I would love and she was 100% correct. Expensive but it’s built like a tank. It will become a family heirloom.

This is always worth the price for me. Love it. Has the power I want and need. The sizing is slightly odd on large batch making but still a solid item.

I am happy with the unit – I have been using Robot Coupes for 30 plus years and they are tanks. Needed one a bit smaller for this kitchen so trying out the R101B. The unit came packaged great with no damage. One thing different that will take getting used to is the bowl it comes with does not have a handle. So far so good and works great.Jon G

Powerful
This is a very powerful processor. It’s more powerful than two Cuisinart that I’ve owned. I primarily use this for mixing kneading and puréeing. I do not believe you can get an accessory feed through tube so be aware if you buy this model that it is pretty much dedicated to processing only not slicing or shredding.

Faulty unit….worse customer service
This unit went out after 14 months of very MINIMAL use. I don’t understand why companies put individuals in customer service who clearly don’t have the skill set to deal with customers. Just go get one at Wal mart and replace it yearly for a fraction of the cost.

Powerful, works great
We used to chop frozen cookies into “cookie crush” with a Cuisinart, which worked for only so long and then the Cuisinart motor would burn out and we’d buy another. The Robot Coupe is a more powerful machine. It grinds frozen cookies with no trouble, doesn’t even break a sweat. Efficient, works great.
