Nice and sharp
Catching is nice, once you get used to it. But mostly, these are nice and sharp with a slightly wider profile, without going toe size. Nice contour and feel, easy to control. These are my favorite clippers.

Works very well: comfortable handle, good control, and handles thick male nails.The “clip & catch” plastic pieces look clunky but keep little bits of nail from flying out in random directions. Some nail-bits will still fall out, but tend to fall “down” rather than get flung to the sides.A nail clipper isn’t what I’d normally review, but I tried several brands that just… didn’t work well. They left sharp edges, or the cutter wasn’t curved, or they weren’t ergonomic, or they weren’t sharp enough, or didn’t provide enough leverage– it’s like nobody else selling nail clippers has actually every used one?I have 3 of this model now (in two different rooms & travel kit).They hold up well and don’t rust. The oldest one is loosening up, but still works. This Sally Hansen brand seems to be the cheapest and best made nail products I’ve used. My local Big Box stopped carrying the brand, but Amazon to the rescue.Recommended.

It’s simply the best
It is just the best. My brother-in-law recommended to me 20 years ago, he said get the Sally H. They are just better than anything else that is out there. It’s the quality of the materials it’s made of the design is flawless. I recommend to everybody.

Sharp clipper but catcher is awkward
I purchased this particular clipper as it appears to be a replacement for the old LaCross clipper with a much wider and sharper blade which I’ve used for years. That’s still good, but the plastic clippings catcher doesn’t allow the clippers to get close enough to the fingernail to clip it properly. I got rid of it and now have an excellent product.

Sally Hansen Nail Clippers
I have purchased these before so I expected them to be the same. While they may look the same as my 1st pair, the blades must be dull because they don’t clip finger nails! Unfortunately I let the return window slip by or I would have returned them. I have the larger version for toe nails and they work perfectly.

I have been highly pleased with all Sally Hansen products and also given to friends. The last two were for a friend’s car and purse. The clipper portion appears to be the same. The plastic piece to contain clippings has been cheapened and is not hinged. You just try to put it in place, rather than a folding and unfolding motion. Excellent clipper and reasonably priced. It is unfortunate the clipping retainer plastic is no longer good.

Solid, not flimsy
This is the second one of these clippers that I bought, by the same brand sally Hansen.The first one I bought, broke within a few months. When I use it, it was flimsy. So we ordered under a different seller and I got this amazing a solid nail clipper. This is gonna last me a long, long time! Great that’s what I want.It catches the nails really nice and the size of the actual nail clipper is but decent size not oversize which I dislike. I am a woman and my nails are a normal size, not men’s size.Don’t think twice, do you want this. 🙂

Quality is great but it’s not the sharpest. Also nail clippings tend to fall out of the “catcher” which is the whole reason i got this so.. could be better
