Works really well, does come off on occasion (maybe once every couple of months) but overall worth the money. My boys no longer pee over the front of the box!

Fixes the Only Problem with This Box!
So, when I originally bought this litter box, I had a huge problem with under filtering. The wide grates are usually meant for long litters, such as tofu litter so every grain isn’t wasted. However, if you use plain old clay clumping litter, it under filtered. Badly. Lots of little clumps wouldn’t go through, so I bought this. This solved every single problem. It has 1cm openings, so absolutely no tiny clump is left behind and it goes straight into the waste bin. I don’t know why a review said it didn’t fit, because it fit the box perfectly fine. I think they just bought the wrong one. It just took some maneuvering. I was scared it would break as I jiggled it in there, but it was sturdy and didn’t break. Also, I was worried the plastic attachment you used to empty out the entire box wouldn’t attach to this, but it did!

Improved Meowant function with this replacement.
Nice to have a place to buy Meowant parts/extras. Perfect fit. Smaller holes than original screen result in fewer clumps staying stuck on the screen–not deposited on the collection bag. Overall improved functionality.
