Oodles of health features – can’t verify most of them
I am quite impressed by all the health measurements this watch offers – everything from blood pressure, oxygen, sugar, ECG, body composition, and more. The basic features work without the app, and you can set up the time and date on the watch. For some advanced features, you will need to install the H Band app. The app setup is easy, and theoretically, you can limit the permissions you want to give the app. I was somewhat surprised that I got a battery drainage warning from my phone when the app was not in use, and I thought it was not running (not open, Bluetooth and location turned off). The watch came with quite good instructions, but it was the first watch I had to install the band. The included dial options are nice, but no additional ones are available for download. Compared to other smart watches I have, this one is thicker, and the glass is slightly higher than the watch and not flush with it, which could have an impact on the longevity. The only sports that can be tracked right now are running, walking, cycling, and hiking, without an option to add more. While I enjoy all the regular measurements I can see, I am not sure, nor can I verify most of them. I have an old wrist blood pressure meter, and that reads the systolic rate 15-20 points higher than the watch, while the diastolic measurements are very similar. The sleep data is pretty accurate, but it sometimes misses short periods when I am awake. However, it does not seem to indicate that I am sleeping when I get up very early and work on the computer, which has been an issue with other smart watches. As for most other measurements, I have no way to verify them unless I get a full check-up.Since I mainly got the watch to find out why my sleep is off, I see it more as a way of keeping track of changes, but not necessarily as a medical device that monitors my health accurately.

How is this watch only $10?!?
First of all, the resolution is off the charts! The colors are brighter and the details are more clear than a lot of my more expensive smart watches. Second of all, there is every feature you can think of and maybe even some you’ve never heard of on this watch. I’ll let the pics speak for themselves. I seriously am flabbergasted that this watch is only a measles $10. I definitely recommend it 👌🏾

Good for basic smart watch functions
Well-built and feature-filled smart watch. Most basic functions work well and integrate smoothly with my iPhone 16e. The H Band app for IOS is required to be downloaded and installed on the iPhone for full functionality. Only one watch can be connected per mobile phone. The silicone strap is acceptable but not particularly comfortable. It does not attach to the watch with the latest push button technology, but instead with old style spring rods. The display is excellent, being bright and clear. Colors are vivid. Basic functions include time, temperature, weather, mobile phone calling, texts, alarms, calculator, music, timer, etc. all working well. An amazing number of workout activities for tracking are included, but inexplicably swimming is missing. The main issue I have with this smart watch are the included health monitors and tests. Some make sense and work as verified such as heart rate, body temperature, and blood oxygen level, which current technology can measure through the skin. But others such as cholesterol and triglyceride levels, uric acid level, blood pressure, ECG, blood glucose, and heart rate variability are practically impossible without actual blood work at a medical lab or arm cuff measurement. The results from these tests are not only inaccurate but overly optimistic, possibly misleading many into dangerously thinking they’re healthy when they’re not. The manual does state that these tests are not a substitution for actual medical testing. The other issue is that the Bluetooth connection ends after a set time. This requires signing in again from the phone and reconnecting to the watch. This can become annoying on a daily basis. Also the connection to the watch is randomly lost, and reconnecting from the phone doesn’t work unless powering the watch off and on. Also annoying. Most of the health features are overstated and potentially dangerously misleading. I wouldn’t use this watch for health information from these. So overall 3 stars mainly because this smart watch works well for basic functionality, workout tracking, and has a high quality build factor, especially at this price.

    Amazingly accurate measurements
This watch is rather chunky compared to similar watches that don’t do phone calls, but it works very well. Actually I’m amazed at some of the measurements it can take – for example it gave me a blood pressure reading within a few mmHg of what I measured with a normal cuff type sphygmo. Screen is big and clear, voice quality is OK, and the features are frankly incredible.Usual sort of dodgy data-collecting app is unfortunately a requirement for using the device.
