Didn’t work properly.
Although small and easily installed, the alarm kept going off at random times, usually at 3 a.m. in the morning, and I was unable to get it to stay off for longer than 10 minutes or so. I read in the instructions that it resets after 10 minutes so I expected it to do so. But it didn’t. I can’t live with random loud decibels like that, so I had them taken down and removed from the house.

We purchased these basically to make our insurance company happy. But within a week of installing they served there purpose well. Eggs were left on the stove to boil and forgotten. The alarm woke up a napping member of the house before the house was filled with smoke. The alarms are not over sensitive, picking up normal cooking. The volume is not deafening but highly effective. A great value for the money. The size is compact and does not attract attention.

Defective product!
Bought pack of 5. Only 4 working. One has issue. Alarm sounds every 15 minutes. I can’t make a return because I can’t stop the intermittent alarm sound of the device. I had to break it apart and trash it!I don’t recommend this product!
