Very comfortable and helps reduce pain
I have had this pillow for a few months now and I really like it. I got it because I often get migraines and headaches stemming from neck pain. I haven’t noticed a reduction in migraines, but I have noticed a reduction in headaches and neck pain.The pillow is really nice and fits my head and neck very nicely. It is very comfortable to sleep on, whether you sleep on your side or back. It actually has helped me to stop sleeping on my stomach too which is a plus. The memory foam helps this pillow retain its shape and height and prevents it from becoming flattened over time.

Worth every penny!!!
My old reliable recently became a sore on my neck.This pillow at first was very very uncomfortable! After the days, the soreness started to diminish. After two weeks, I’m sleeping very comfortably. Now if I can only find my old blanket to keep myself warm, I’ll be getting so much REM sleep.Do I recommend it? Maybe. You need to do some measurements on what your particular needs are; height and angle you’ll be needing. You can’t lower the overall height—only the center piece where your head falls into the crevice can go lower.If the pillow matches your criteria, I recommend a big YES. It’s soft enough to conform to my curvature but not so soft that it’ll give when you rest on it. It’s more of a medium stiffness.I do sort on my back and also on my side. This pillow really makes a difference!!!

“Ultra Pain Relief Cooling Pillow for Neck Support” Pretty Much Says It All
I’ve been sleeping with memory foam pillows for a few years and wanted to try this pillow to see if it could be better. I was intrigued by the shape. With my memory pillows, I’ve been tossing and turning quite a bit lately. Would this strange looking pillow be any better? Well…. the answer is YES! It’s a brilliant pillow. The first time I used it – and I hate to say this – I slept so good that I actually woke myself up because I started to drool…. and I’m NOT a drooler! But, yes, I was that comfortable and can’t believe how soundly I slept. I have always slept on either my left or my right side, one of the reasons I toss and turn most nights. But with this strange pillow, I actually plop my head on it and I can easily sleep on my back…. and that’s how I wake up in the morning too. And I actually feel like I’ve had a great nights sleep.~~~~ Calling it an “ultra pain relief cooling pillow for neck support” pretty much says it all. Yes, I feel that this pillow is cooler than a traditional pillow, and the neck support is – IMO – fantastic. Probably why I sleep so peacefully.~~~~ Is this the perfect pillow? Not hardly, I do have a few complaints but they are minor compared to how good I sleep. It’s obvious that when I go to sleep, it’s a vary sound sleep. So occasionally, I tried sleeping on my side just to see if I would have to ‘toss or turn’ though out the night. I haven’t. But with that said, the pillow claims that it has this “indention” on each side to make it easy to wrap you arm around the pillow and ‘hug’ it. Not so easy, if there’s a trick to ‘hugging’ my pillow, I haven’t figured it out yet. But that’s minor compared to my sound sleep.~~~ The only other thing I have to complain about is that the pillowcase on the pillow? I would like it if they sold extra pillowcases so I could toss this in the laundry and not have to wash immediately if I don’t feel like doing laundry that day. I could definitely benefit from a second pillowcase…. especially if I’m turning into a drooler from sleeping so comfortably.~~~~ Complaints are very minor compared to what a great pillow this is for me. But for those very minor reasons, giving this pillow 4-stars.

A pillow that completely changed how I sleep
I bought this pillow in March 2025 and it honestly changed everything for me. I was a lifelong stomach sleeper and never thought I would be able to fix that. Somehow this pillow made the shift effortless and now I fall asleep on my side or my back without feeling forced into it. What stood out right away was that my head does not get pushed upward like it does with so many other pillows. It feels perfectly level and supported, and for the first time I wake up without that stiff neck feeling.The cooling effect is real. I am not someone who enjoys flipping a pillow in the middle of the night and this one stays cool the entire time. I rave about it to people because it has made such a real difference in my sleep. I already want more of them and I wish they made a travel version because I do not like sleeping without it now.For context, I use a Purple Gel Flex Mattress which already sets a very high bar. The combination of that mattress with this pillow is exactly what I needed. If I am going to spend around 8 hours every single night of my life sleeping, it better be a top tier setup. This pillow cleared that bar with ease. If I had a billion dollars to spend, I would still buy this same mattress and this same pillow. It really is that good.

It was too high for me and, unlike identical ones or copies for a little over $30 on Temu, there is no way to remove a layer to adjust the height. Also, no fitted pillow casies? It’s not that nice next to your face.Mine has gone to the bin.
