Very healthy. Add honey and fruit
I had originally left a poor review but after eating this a few more times I changed to five stars. You don’t just pour milk on this healthy cereal. You add some honey and fruit and milk and savor each bite because this is doing good things for your body. The taste is bland but this is a superfood. It is up to you to make this delicious.

Grape-nuts-like flavor without the hardness
I had this with 2% milk, usually alone but sometimes mixed with rolled oatsI have a complicated relationship with grape-nuts, they fall into that category of food which, based on its characteristics, I should like but for some reason don’t. The flavor is okay, but the hardness is a hard sell. The pieces of this cereal are significantly larger and less dense. Not sweet, or barely sweet at least, and the almond contributes only a little to the flavor/texture.It tastes healthy, that’s for sure, and I liked it enough to finish the whole box in a couple weeks. I’ll try the other varieties as well, but this is expensive cereal so I say try looking for a sale if you can find one. If you like grape-nuts in flavor or concept, or other grain cereals, I would recommend getting it at try.

This cereal may be good for you, but unfortunately there is virtually no flavor. This is a choice for someone who is truly eating food for fuel, not enjoyment.
