FITS INSIDE SELECT NEATER FEEDERS: 3-cup stainless steel slow feed bowl fits in the Neater Feeder Deluxe Large and the Neater Feeder Express Medium to Large. It will also fit inside other raised feeders with a bowl opening between 7.25″ – 8”. DOES NOT FIT INSIDE ANY OTHER SIZE NEATER FEEDER DELUXE OR EXPRESS.
SLOWS DOWN RAPID EATERS: Eating too quickly can lead to indigestion, vomiting, bloat, and overeating. A slow feed food bowl helps prevent your pet from the dreaded “scarf and barf.”
JUST CHALLENGING ENOUGH: Ever look at a slow feeder and think, how in the world will my cat or dog get the food out of that? The idea is to slow your pet’s eating down, not to create unnecessary frustration. Our slow feed bowl is designed to slow them down without driving them crazy.
PROVIDES MENTAL ENRICHMENT: Puzzle bowls provide a challenge to your pet, which helps provide mental stimulation and reduce boredom.
3 CUP CAPACITY: Slow-feed dog bowl holds up to 3 cups of wet or dry food—measures 8.25” in Diameter and 2.75″ High. We recommend this size for medium to large dog breeds.

Works Perfectly for our Cane Corso
Perfect stainless steel slow feeder. Our Cane Corso is able to use and it slows her down. She always would get hiccups after eating but not anymore.

Great little bowl
Surprisingly high quality. Great solution for my small Schnoxie who gulped his 1/3 cup portion instantly. Slows him down nicely. Footprint fits well into low bowl rack (6″ width).

Great, but may not be big enough for giant breed
We have the large Neater Feeder, which we love. Our dog sometimes vomits randomly and we wonder whether it’s due to how quickly she gulps down her food. So I ordered this bowl. It’s very well made; feels weighty and solid (heavier than the bowls that come with the Neater Feeder). I just wish it was bigger (deeper) by a cup or two of capacity. I have a Bullmastiff. She eats 1.5 cups of kibble per meal so I thought a 3 cup bowl would be sufficient. However, we add water and toppers like seaweed, salmon skins, vegetables, which can take the volume right to the rim. When our dog eats, a lot of the liquid and food overflows from the bowl (she can get it from the edges of the Neater Feeder, but it’s not ideal). I’m not sure yet whether I’m going to keep this.If you have a medium to large dog or a giant dog who eats dry kibble (or canned food) without any additions, this is probably fine. Like I said, it’s very well constructed. I just wish they made a larger version.

Stopped Vomiting
My sweet little beagle thinks he can inhale his food. He was eating so fast that it was causing him to vomit within seconds of eating. We got this brown for him, that fits perfectly inside of his raised feeder, and the vomiting has ceased. He has slowed his eating down due to the shape of this bowl.

Would buy again!
Worked for my speed eater! I originally bought a silicone stick on for her bowl but I realized there are better options like this! It fits in my dog’s raised feeder, its easy to clean since it’s not full of tiny crevices, but still slows down my girl.It does have a matte finish instead of a shiny chrome like most dogs bowls.Would absolutely buy again!

Great Fit, But Not the Best for Wet or Home-Cooked Food
I love that this Neater bowl fits perfectly into my dog’s Neater feeder stand—no issues there. It’s sturdy, well-made, and holds up great in the dishwasher (I run it every other day, no problems so far). That said, the design doesn’t quite work for my dog’s meals. He eats mostly wet food mixed with home-cooked ingredients, and the food tends to get stuck in the top crevice or at the bottom of the bowl. There’s just one round ridge in the middle to slow him down, which isn’t very effective—and it actually makes it harder for him to get to all the food. I’ve seen him go in circles trying to get a single piece of broccoli, poor guy! When I use our older plastic slow feeder with a more traditional design, we don’t have this issue. So I think this bowl might be better suited for dogs who eat dry kibble. All in all, it’s a nice bowl and I haven’t had any quality concerns—it just didn’t quite meet our needs when it comes to feeding time.

Slows down a gulping eater
Works well for my English Cocker spaniel. He now eats much slower & is not picking up his bowl & walking off with it when he’s done eating.

Works great
Just perfect. Way better than using a little can in the bottom of her bowl!

This type is an interim between the complex-pattern usually plastic slow-feeding bowls and an ordinary bowl. As such it works fine. And this one has a non-slip base which is useful. Cleaning is straightforward but does need a brush of the exact-correct dimensions to clean out the ‘gulley’. Or maybe a sponge cloth.

Der Edelstahlnapf ist gut aber leider hat mein Hund den nicht angenommen. Warum nicht?
