Better than throwing it out when the battery dies.
Really good detectors. I like the fact that I can change the batteries and not throw the thing out when the power runs out. And they cost no more than the disposables and they do more. No e-waste unless it breaks. One thing, it has a green light that binks every minute or so. I don’t find it too bothersome. Some people might.

Nice compact units.
I purchased 12 detectors, 11 of them worked perfectly. 1 kept getting a false CO2 level , That one is not in service. Nice design, easy to install, no false alarms other than the 1 defective unit. A good value for the price. Also comes with batteries which is a plus. You can never be too safe. Install some today !

Great smoke and carbon monoxide detector
I really like these a lot they are small nice looking The old smoke detectors used to go off if someone used the shower The steam from the shower would set it off. These do not do that I haven’t had a fire yet so hopefully I do not but if they don’t work I will be back to update this review but it seems to work okay I activated it with an incense and it did detect the smoke so it did work. Good buy
