Fresh and delicious
These Brazil nuts are high-quality and fresh. They are very delicious and taste better than the ones I buy typically at the store. I bought these because they are high in selenium. They are organic and raw which provides the most nutrients. You have to be aware to consume only the recommended amount per day since they are so high in selenium. I do recommend this brand. The flavor is great and they are always fresh.

Tasty nuts, packed with Selenium
Great tasting nuts. I do keep them in the frig. I only eat 2 – 3 a day to get a natural source of selenium. If you have a low thyroid and take medicine, eating a few brazil nuts each day is supposed to help the prescription be more effective. I have ordered a few times now. I wasn’t able to find them in stores.

Since childhood these nuts are my favorite. Since I need to watch my salt intake, these are perfect. They taste great, are fresh, nice size and the pouch is seal keeps their freshness. Great taste (from someone who’s never liked them)
Love these! I never liked Brazil nuts before, maybe I like these because they are raw… and no poisons.? Anyway, it’s recommended when you are taking iodine for thyroid that you also take Selenium or eat 2 brazil nuts each day to protect your brain, as I understand it. Anyway, been very happy with these!
