I purchased this chopper mainly for lemons and cucumbers, and it works perfectly. The sliced pieces come out through the side, so there’s no need to keep opening the lid while chopping. This saves a lot of time and makes the process much more convenient. Very useful and practical tool glad I bought it.

Powerful motor, but grading any root vegetable is a no go
I purchased this continuous feed food processor to mainly grate up vegetables for home made dog food for my 3 dogs. Root vegetables appear to be an issue using the medium blade grater disk. I fact I bent the disk after only 4 uses. For soft vegetables this does fine. The motor is strong and does not bog down, but the side shoot does clog and requires removal of the top to clear. Don’t get me wrong, I still think this is a good unit. Unfortunately there does not appear to be many other choices out there for a continuous feed food processor unless. you want to spend $1000.00 for a commercial unit. I have not tried the other accessories but believe this will work well using the the other bowl and accessories as a normal food processor. I went to the Cuisinart web site to see how much a new medium grading disk would cost and blown away at a $28 price. Lucky for me I saw a new one on eBay for $10 including shipping. One thing I thought was strange, was the the fine grading disk appeared to be heaver and built more robust then the medium grading disk. Anyway I still feel this was a good value considering there a very few alternatives to this style of food processor.

I bought a Cuisinart 30 years ago and used it almost every day. Time to update with a new one. So much easier to use and clean, lots of options. Love making salad, just change the blade and create more.This is the best item for your kitchen

I wish the instructions showed or explained better how to connect the top. Example: tilt the opposite side of the top until it fits in, then lower it onto the base.
